Sienna Miller dating Josh Hartnett?

Sienna Miller and Josh Hartnett were spotted getting cosy at a Los Angeles hotel on Tuesday night (16.01.07).

The 'Factory Girl' actress and the 'Pearl Harbor' hunk were seen laughing and behaving intimately in the living-room area of Hollywood's Chateau Marmont hotel.

A source told People magazine: "They sat side-by-side on a couch laughing and chatting for about an hour.

"Then they were joined by a girlfriend of Sienna's but they kept flirting.

"Sienna stood in front of Josh while he was still sat down and he held onto her thigh."

The group eventually retired to the hotel's poolside to drink cocktails.

Sienna, 25, split from boyfriend Jude Law in November and Josh, 28, is said to have split from Scarlett Johansson, who he shared a New York apartment with until late last year.

A representative for Sienna said: "They're friends, just friends. They were just hanging out."

Josh's representative said: "There is nothing to comment on."
