Pitt drives Jolie nuts

Angelina Jolie hates driving when partner Brad Pitt is in the passenger seat - but will co-pilot a plane with him.

Both Angelina, 31, and 43-year-old Brad, hold pilot's licenses and own planes, and regularly fly together but 'The Good Shepherd' actress insists her lover is a nightmare passenger on the road.

Angelina told Elle magazine: "Surprisingly, we can co-pilot each other really well - without arguing. I can't drive with him in the car, but I can fly!"

The adventurous duo hope their skills will come in useful on their trips to Cambodia and Ethiopia - the birth-places of their adopted children, Maddox and Zahara - as well as allowing them to be do more charity work.

Angelina said: "It's fantastic. It's a freedom I've always wanted and, as an actress, I don't have a practical skill. So it was nice to learn something, to study the manual, read the maps.

"The plan is not just to take our family around but to lift people who need some help from one place to another, or bring food aid in. But really, it's just a fun thing."

Brad and Angelina also have an eight-month-old biological daughter, Shiloh Nouvel.
