Renée Zellweger is a romantic.

The 'Miss Potter' actress - who was briefly married to country singer Kenny Chesney - believes in true love and likes to be wooed by her men.

She said: "I am an absolute romantic. Thoughtful gestures matter so much to me. The kind that show you care because you've been paying attention."

The 37-year-old star also insists she feels no pressure to marry again because her priorities have changed.

She said: "I never felt that pressure. I went to a women's conference in Africa and they deal with issues like draught, starvation and civil war. I feel so little with my worries compared to those women."

Renée recently admitted she still believes in the sanctity of marriage despite her own union being so brief.

She previously said: "My parents have been married for 45 years so I can't help but believe in it. I've seen it work. I believe in love, despite some of my disheartening experiences."
