Who really gives a tutti yaar. I have come to know this news long time back. I live in Abhishek's colony, I've seen him them smooching many times. I've heard that she has crush on Rajinikanth and this is who she dream of when they do it.

Marriage by convenience.
European royalty used to do it to keep the bloodline pure. There's no difference here - both have a great deal at stake and any future movie together will certainly be a blockbuster. As well, any child born to them will likely be a prince (in the metaphorical sense). Angelie/Brad, Tom/Katie, Britney/KFed. They're securing a future for their children. Ok maybe not the last one.
I give the BachRai's 5 years. Max.

I'm happy for them both, but can Abishek handle the pressure of his future wife's stardom outpacing him? Seen it happen so many times with Hollyowood couple and then..splitsville. Rai is busy enough now, having to turn down so many film offers to keep up her schedule. What if he doesn't get as many? More pressure for him to get out from under his father's shadow...and his wife's.

Hope it works out for them both.

Abi tells us that she takes it in the buttocks. That is the only reason why he is willing to go near her infested genitals.

made for each other?Jan 15th, 2007 - 06:44:41

I think they may be made for each other. They are both famous, both religious and both very traditionalist. I think it will last. Although celebrities dont usually have a lasting marriage, in this case, we are talking about indian traditionalists. Its not Hollywood.

Good luck ASH&bachan!

I thought Bachchan was a closeted homosexual? Was this not an open secret in Bollywood? This marriage is a publicity stunt. Good luck to them both!

Congratulations to Abhishek.Jan 15th, 2007 - 07:55:46

It was after long time Abhishek got a partner. Earlier Karishma Kapoor betrayed Abhishek. But now he will be happy with Ayeshwarya.

What the freak happened to 'Aish being interested in Jean Claude Van Dam' story. Bachan is one lucky bastard. First his dad is rich now his wife's world's best looking female.

Ken,

Many people here in the States follow Ash's career, especially after her stunning performance in 'Devdas'-and she is poised to work with Will Smith and George Clooney, who has recently said he wants to produce a Bollywood-Hollywood production with his Smoke House production company.

After 'Bend it Like Beckham,' interest in Indian talent and music behind and in front of the screen among Americans has mushroomed. Sorry you are so late to the party.

Hey all, instead of talkin bout how ash takes it in the ass and how she got infested genitals and crap why don't you be happy for her? Indians like you need to be put down. Cause all you do is talk with your ass. It's funny you guys call the Ganges 'pure' when you infest it with your own genitals and cow genitals. And then you also drink the same water-which also has ashes from the dead. You gross Indians stink and suck, and your brains are all stinking with putrefaction. GET A SANITARY START TO LIFE retards!!

Second hand lovers are doomed! It's a case of 'rather him/her' than not at all. This marriage is not based on LOVE. It smacks of convenience. Disillusionment will seep in maybe sooner than the 7-year marriage itch!

Am surprised that there are so many people feeling so strongly about their relationship....why? They say that they are happy, good for them...why do people unconnected with them personally have such strong negative feelings?
Come on, Abhishek is a really good actor- Have you guys not seen Guru?
