Kelly Osbourne's 'do tell' drug policy

Kelly Osbourne hates celebrities who deny taking drugs. The TV star - who has been in rehab twice for an addiction to prescription drugs - thinks celebrities who have substance abuse problems should publicly own up to their addictions. She said: "So many people in the industry are horrible and have people who are always making excuses for them. Like, 'She's late because she's got flu.' Bull**t! She's on drugs. I made a decision for people to stop doing that for me and it forced me to get myself together."The 22-year-old has also revealed she became depressed after being ridiculed for being overweight.Kelly - who shot to fame with her parents Sharon and Ozzy and brother Jack on hit MTV reality show 'The Osbournes' - said: "I was overweight and so depressed I'd stay in my room all day."(C) BANG Media International
