Beverly Hills Mickey Fine pharmacy has filed a lawsuit against the prince of pop for non-payment of his tab, reports TMZ.
TMZ has dug up the lawsuit that shows Jackson owes a $100,000 tab for prescription meds, but never paid.
The suit was filed Wednesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, by drugstore to the stars, Mickey Fine Pharmacy. The long standing institution is known for delivering via motorcycle, and alleges they had an oral agreement with Jackson to pay for any prescriptions they filled.
TMZ reports the pharmacy claims Jackson made his last payment to them in mid-2005. According to the documents, the pharmacy made "repeated requests for payment."
The pharmacy is asking for the $101,926.66 they are owed, plus court costs and other relief.

Ha ha. I'll bet most of the prescriptions were for Children's Tylenol.
There are people who have a financial interest in bringing Michael down & it makes me sad to see how cute MJ was he would have been so handsome if he did not does all that work on his face.

Duh, Children's Tylenol doesn't need a prescription.

That pharmacist should have cut of Jackson's supply long ago. What an idiot to continue supplying him with medication when he's not getting paid at all. Jackson has gotten away with way too much from so many people, so many creditors - it's disgusting.
