Britney's K Fed doppelganger Cohen

The mysterious bearded man in the boat that ferried pop star Britney Spears around in a bikini has a name, model and aspiring actor Isaac Cohen.

Britney Spears and Cohen cruised around Marina del Ray, California this past weekend, on a private powerboat.  Unfortunately, the paparazzi were on their tail, and less than flattering photos were taken and plastered all over the internet.

Observers note that Cohen strongly resembles Kevin Federline, Brit's hubbie whom she was married for two years and is now in the middle of her divorce.

Cohen even styles himself the same way Federline does, with low slung pants and doo rags.

Brandi Lord, his spokeswoman at modeling firm, L.A. Models, told People magazine the pair started dating "recently...within the last month."

Lord stated: "He's got a great heart and a good family, and he was raised well. He's a gentleman," insisting that he is not a “player” but he "is not out to get a name for himself". I must say, dating Britney seems really effective.

The couple were also seen snogging away and disappearing upstairs at the W Hotel's Whiskey Blue bar, in Los Angeles, on Sunday night.

Cohen’s MySpace web blog lists the nickname Eyezik, a Woodland Hills, Taft high school alumnus, as was rapper entrepreneur Ice Cube.
