Winehouse quits drinking

Amy Winehouse claims she has stopped drinking alcohol - for now.
Following a string of drunken blunders, the British singer, who is known for her drinking binges, is taking a break from the bottle.
She told Britain's Radio 1: "I'm not drinking anything at the moment. I'm detoxing. Normally I drink everything, apart from gin and beer, but nothing at the moment."
The surprise announcement comes just days after Amy, 23, angered fans by running off stage to be sick during a performance at London club GAY.
The tattooed singer managed just one song before throwing up at the side of the stage and refusing to return.
Amy, whose second album 'Back to Black' is currently riding high in the charts, had reportedly spent the day drinking with fellow wild-child Kelly Osbourne.
Last October, Amy admitted punching a girl in the face after she criticised her performance, saying: "I'm a nasty drunk."
