Since Rosie has come to the show, the name of the show should be changed from, the View, to, 'the Mouth.'
If all of these people just went home and never came back into the media, world would be a better place. Nobody but a few idiots even watch the 'VIEW' of D. Trump. They have nothing in the ratings but scraps so maybe it's being milked for all it's worth.
Ditch Rosie and add Donald to the show
Trump plays the media limelight like a fiddle. He's gotten much free press for the new season of the apprentice over this. Rosie has a big mouth and is an anti-Christian bigot. Never did she prove it so well when she likened the Christian Right in America to the murderous Taliban in Afganistan. Babera, once a top journalist is normally above all of this. Hopefully it's as the Donald projected it... Rosie is as good as done and we can move on.
the views ratings rose because rosie was on the show? i doubt it. she is precisely what donald trump said she is....i and everyone i know can`t stand her...she is a loud mouthed horribly opinionated person who should not be on tv..period...
I think Rosie is annoying and i think Barbara is past her prime. What they should do is fire Rosie and hire Ivanka Trump as her replacement, at least she is hot.
Aren't there any other people, possibly engaged in less self-centered self-promotion and more community oriented activities to write about. These ladies, and the program and network that they work for, can afford to buy ads.

Rosie is just saying what everyone is thinking. 'The Donald' thinks that it is okay to emploee whores and when it comes out in the news he defends her. Why is that we treat those who make Americans look bad like royalty. Kate Moss gets away with drugs and is now model of the year. It sickens me and I am so glad that Rosie is saying this and speaking her mind. Donald just need to shut up he has no authority in this and if he wants to say something he needs to defend himself and not bitch a woman. Hasn't he ever heard of manners, it's something that can't be bought.
She (Rosie) was right when she said Christian extremists are just as dangerous as Muslim extremists. That's not bigotry, it's a simple fact.

You miss the point. Their ratings are sinking. The time tested method of improving ratings is to be a 'news item'. Truth or fiction matters not. The principles are in the news, the show ratings will increase. In the bottom line of broadcasting, that is all that matters. In all likelihood, the entire Trump, Rosie, Walters circus was dreamed up during a publicists staff meeting and the public is sucking it in as intended.

Barbara Walters has always had the aura of success in her shows and I believe when her ratings for the show started to drop they decided to can the one on the panel who was least popular , but because of the way it all un-folded it made Barbara look somewhat racist, so in order to counter this they got together and decided to offer the job to a lesbian to make it all better...Guess What?? It's made her look worse and now she's really stuck. You can rotate all the black gals through the show you want, if you were truly serious you would've already hired one and now the dust up with Trump/Rosie you're screwed. It may help ratings short term, but the show is doomed and has in my opinion ruined any credibility Barbara Walters achieved over her career.This would have never happened on the show if you would've hired a man on the panel. Barb WAS a great reporter at one time, Rosie WAS a great stand up comic and Donald WAS a great money machine...maybe they should all go back to what they were good at. Obviously the TV exposure has eliminated whatever was GOOD about them! They should all be ashamed of ALL the things they have said! Who watches this stuff anyway? A good book would be a MUCH better use of time!

It seems like Rosie goes off about everything and on everyone. It is about time someone exposed her for what she really is. Personally, I feel very sad for her. Hopefully, someday, she will wake up and realize that happiness and being kind to others is a better chioce and way to live life. Calling someone fat, threating to take away their partner and saying that person has a death wish (just to name a few) in no way compares to ANYTHING Rosie has said about him. Rosie is the best thing to come to the VIEW...i never watched an episode before her arrival. I think she's fresh, and real and says what most people feel or think, but don't have to balls to say it. So all you snipers who have nothing better to do than bash her, need to look beyond her 'mouth' as you put it, and should see all the great she does in this world for the KIDS of people who didn't want them in the first place!! She is an advocate for the little people, and if that means she has to be loud, then ROSIE, speak up LOUD AND CLEAR WOMAN!! There should be more like you in this pitiful world where americans have crawled under a big rug and let this LAME GOVERMENT of ours rule the roost and not only lose 3000 people in an act of terrorism(cause most of the world hates us)but another 3000 plus in a war that we were lied about to begin with... Rosie has downgraded and disgraced a classy talk show as 'The View' started out to be. Rosie is a loose cannon and will say anything to help her future new show out...which is fine with me! Please, please let her go and let's come back with the same class, integrity and ability to disagree/agree show that it was meant to be. If it is not Rosie's opinion, then anyone else's is just dirt and that is how it comes across on TV.
How is it that everyone seems to overlook the fact that Barbara Walters is a woman who has no problem with looking her so-called friends and co-workers in the face and lying to them. She's very comfortable with lying. She lied to Starr and she wanted Starr to lie to the viewers. She really should have been looking in the mirror when she called Donald a poor pathetic man. She is an aweful woman and she has definitely lost credibility and respect with me. I watched the view, despite having to stomach Rosie O'Donnell. Now I turned the channel the moment I hear the theme song.
Regarding Rosie O'Donnell, didn't she call the kettle black when she spoke of Donald's moral compass? What nerves! She's loud, ignorant, combative and confused. The next time Rosie speaks of someone's moral compass she should look in the mirror and then pick up the bible and read 1 Corinthians 6:9. I'm sure that scripture applies to women as well. I know I will get lots of responses from people who buy into the alternative lifestyle, and I'll be castrated and labeled a shallow and terrible person for speaking the truth and bringing a scripture into this forum, but 'Oh well,' Afterall, I am entitled to my opinion and this is a public message board, Rigth! Not to mention, the truth is the truth and sometimes it hurts.
