Back from her desert spa retreat, Britney Spears and soon to be ex Kevin Federline have come to terms on an agreement regarding the custody of their two sons, initially for at least for the rest of the month.
The two will share custody through January, but first Spears will take the boys with her to Miami for a week, according to court papers filed Friday, reported TMZ.
It was worked out that Federline, who has been keeping a relatively quiet profile while his famous wife is seen out every night, will be allowed to visit the children at Spears' home from noon to 4 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
The custody agreement stipulates that Spears will use her ''best efforts to ensure that no third party visiting the home'' interferes with Federline's time with the children.
The Superior Court document said Federline wants only Spears, her assistant, the children's nanny and other household staff to be allowed in the home during his visits.
Spears, 25, filed for divorce from K Fed in November, after two years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.
Federline is seeking spousal support and custody of the children.
