When gossip Queen of all media, Cindy Adams, outlines your less than stellar moments, and then dishes about your record label talking smack about your wane efforts, well, it is time to check into a desert spa and regroup, which is exactly what Britney Spears did post "nap" in Vegas.
Adams minced no words in her recent column that is firing across the globe, Britney's upcoming album stinks on ice. The gossip maven claims the five songs Britney delivered "are so bad" that the label, Jive Records, is considering cutting Spears loose.
Britney's last month or so has been a rogue's gallery of stupid human tricks, replete with knicker-less gap shots, drinking, and strange conversations repeated in the media with Paris Hilton and others of that ilk.
Life & Style Weekly claims that Britney's family wants her to get professional help. No word on if that comment meant a psychiatrist, or perhaps a better hairstylist and fashion advisor.
TMZ reports that Britney Spears "has limited her therapy to the hedonistic kind".
Spears checked into a day spa in Arizona, according to MSNBC, the day after she reportedly "napped" in Vegas after midnight.

Mitch, under what rock you've been living in? Cindy Adams has been around even way before we were born. I think she must be like 300 years old.
Mitch-are you kidding us or just 12?
Gossip Queen... There's just something wrong when we give so much credibility to gossip and the people that write it to support their careers.
Why do we care that Britney 'napped' in a nightclub?
All this will only end up helping her career because it keeps the public focused on her... There's no such thing as bad publicity if you use it right!
