Nicole Kidman cut short her trip to Australia after clashing with a paparazzi.
The 'Stepford Wives' actress was planning to drive from Sydney to her holiday home in New South Wales with husband Keith Urban to celebrate the New Year.
However, their journey was disrupted by freelance photographer Jamie Fawcett who tried to take pictures of the couple while pursuing them in a car.
An enraged Nicole reportedly told Fawcett to "f**k off", before reporting the incident to the police, claiming he had endangered her and others with his driving while following her.
Fawcett insists he has not broken any laws.
He is quoted by the Daily Mail website as saying: "I was four or five meters from their car and entitled to be there. This situation was not my making. They pulled over."
After the incident, Nicole and Keith - who is on leave from rehab where he is being treated for alcoholism - decided not to continue their trip and headed back to Los Angeles early on New Year's Day (01.01.07).
This is not the first time Fawcett has run into trouble with the 'Moulin Rouge' actress.
His lawyers are due to appear in court later this month over earlier allegations he was linked to bugging Nicole's Darling Point home.
Fawcett has denied any involvement.

Nicole and Keith are both celebrities. They shouldn't be a bit surprised when the paps and photogs follow them. No sence in getting upset about it. Either deal or get out of the spotlight! (Which she'll never do - she's too much of a media whore.)
I really can't see much of a problem here besides some questionable replies by the reporter. I myself would have easily told some one to f**k of if they were, for all intents and purposes, stalking me.
I do find it odd though that having said he was 4-5 meters away from them, which is unsafe as stated by Australian road authorities, what happened when they pulled over? Did he approach them? Or did, according to the story, they stay in the car and tell him to F**k off? I would like to know what happened then.
Kate, your comment has no relevance to the article at all. I cant understand why you woudl bother to write it - honestly we dont care what you think! Go complain somewhere else.
What does she expect? Personal space?? Ha ha....If morons stopped buying the stupid magazines that pay ridiculous sums for these sort of photos, maybe the 'famous for being famous' culture would disappear. We'd all be better off. If they weren't in the news for 5 minutes, their publicists would be sacked. Pathetic and shallow.

I see nothing special about Ms.Kidman. She cannot act and is definitely not attractive. I don't see any star quality about her at all. And I do not pay to see her movies.
