So many famous people converged on Miami for the New Year's celebration, including British PM Tony Blair and his family, who narrowly escaped a bit of a disaster with their plane overshooting the runway. Blair is sunny Miami EPA/Peter MacdiarmidBlair is a guest of Robin Gibb, and was reported to have "performed" with the Gibbs at their New Year's Eve party in their luxe Miami manse.The Mirror.co.uk reports Blair "played guitar in band Ugly Rumours while studying at Oxford University in the 1970s, and Robin Gibb's wife Dwina believes Blair's musical skills would be perfect for a festive jam session."Said Dwina, "Tony is a great fan of the Bee Gees and loves to play the guitar."Who knows whether there will be any jamming sessions going on? But it's a place and a time of celebration. I'd say it's pretty likely if Barry brings his guitars over."
