Beyoncé Knowles hates the person she becomes on stage.
The stunning R & B star, who calls her stage persona Sasha, says her real personality vanishes when she is performing.
Beyoncé said: "I become someone else when I'm onstage. I call that stage persona Sasha.
"I keep her onstage and keep me, Beyoncé, offstage. I wouldn't like Sasha if I met her offstage."
Beyoncé calls her stage persona "too aggressive, too strong, too sassy, too sexy! I'm not like her in real life at all".
The former Destiny's Child singer explains performing in front of thousands of fans gives her supreme confidence.
She adds: "I'm not flirtatious and super-confident and fearless like her. What I feel onstage I don't feel anywhere else. It's an out-of-body experience.
"I created my stage persona to protect myself so that when I go home I don't have to think about what I do. Sasha isn't me. The people around me know who I really am."

I like Beyonce, and I get the whole having sepatate persona thing. I mean I do the same thing but sort of as a joke. Janet Jackson is an extremely quiet and shy person off stage and that is very obvious, but on stage she is very confident and she doesnt even seperate herself that much. Beyonce is making it seem like she is not responsible for what happens on stage, like its not her at all. She might want to say Home Beyonce is differnt from Stage Beyonce and call it a day. People are really going to think she's a little off.

she is that person you see on the stage.
and she practically insults jennifer hudson when saying-well if i packed on 20 pounds i could have played effie.uh- i don't think so.
a lot of people are hip to her game.
and boasting about her nine grammy's etc...like she's the only person every to get lots of grammy's.
i just don't like her 'hidden' attitude.
it's okay to want to be the best-and try to-but she and her dad want to squash everyone else.shout them down.i bet they're in disbelief of jennifer's success and praise.all sasha/beyonce cares about is getting another trophy on the mantle.so i guess any ugly thing she does or says-she'll blame it on sasha.

i wanted her to be great in it because she's one of my favorite young singers.
but she was not.the movie was good though.

oh please-she is so like that.she want's to everybody to think she's not like that.i guess it was sasha who put b-day out for pre-sale the same time as letoya's cd was released.but people fall for her i'm so innocent crap.
