There are building code rules for a reason, otherwise things get ugly and need controlling, like the donald's need to wave a bigger pole than everyone else. Democratic societies need to follow agreed upon rules. Perhaps the donald should go to a banana republic where the rules are bent from bullying and bribery, and not try to push Florida around.

The Donald would be the very first to invoke zoning laws if one of his neighbors was in technical or actual violation, or, if another party was simply doing something that he did not approve of. He has made of science of self-promotion, it is time that governments and media outlets gave him the appropriate level of attention (and exposure)--------exactly none.

It seems like articles always have catchy titles, but at times too catchy, even going so far as to use provacative double entendres to gain attetnion, which is all good I guess, sometimes being funny, sometimes disgusting. Now concerning The Donald's flag pole, I think that a person's flga pole should be as high as is safe. Instead of a city coming up with a random number, structural engineeers should be consulted.
