Joss Stone hates showbiz parties.
The soul singer insists glitzy parties are not her scene - because she can't be bothered to spend hours getting ready.
The 19-year-old said: "Everybody sees magazines and thinks, 'Oh my god, they're having so much fun!' But lets be real - these people had to get ready for four f***ing hours, they're in high heels that hurt, talking to people they don't know, having pictures taken every five minutes. That's not a party.
"I'm not much of a party animal. I get tired. It's like I'm an old woman or something."
As well as admitting her distain for showbiz parties, Stone recently confessed she is paranoid she is fat.
She said: "I am always saying, 'Oh, I am so fat.' Even though I'm not. I'm just like every other girl my age really."
