Geri Halliwell's all-girl riding
Dec 20, 2006, 12:00 GMT
Geri Halliwell is to open an all-female horse riding school.
The former Spice Girl - who has a six-months-old daughter, Bluebell Madonna - believes her novel new venture, which combines an equestrian centre and crèche, will be a hit with lonely mothers desperate to get out of the house.
Dressed in jodhpurs and riding boots at the London premiere of 'It's A Boy Girl Thing', she said: "Mums get lonely. And this would get them out, getting fit with other girls. And your children will be looked after while you're doing is. Heaven."
The 34-year-old star once promoted her single 'Ride It' by straddling a horse and riding through the streets of Soho in London.
She confessed at the time: "Riding makes me horny."
Meanwhile, Geri has been helping former bandmate Mel B through her split from Eddie Murphy.
Geri - who was in a similar situation to her former bandmate earlier this year when she gave birth to her first child while estranged from the baby's father Sacha Gervasi - has offered pregnant Mel a shoulder to cry on.
