Howard Marshall II, in California yesterday (18.12.06).On the steps of the courthouse her partner and lawyer Howard K. Stern, who insists he is the father of her baby, was served with papers alleging he had lied in statements for a paternity suit filed by Anna Nicole's ex Larry Birkhead.Photographer Birkhead insists he is the father of Danni Lynn. Until now his demands for a DNA test have been evaded because Anna Nicole was living in the Bahamas, outside the jurisdiction of US law.(C) BANG Media International
