Harvey Levin of TMZ scoops the latest again. Levin reports that ex Simpson guesthouse resident Kato Kaelin made mention in a side comment upon his exit from club Hyde that he believes Simpson commited double murder.

Levin reports that Kaelin was asked his opinion about the Judith Regan / O.J. Simpson book "If I Did It."
His response was, "What do you mean 'if'?"
Before TMZ existed, Harvey Levin was Los Angeles' legal expert on the local news affiliate for CBS, and he did wonderful analysis and coverage during the prolonged trial of OJ Simpson.
Says Levin on his website TMZ: "Trust me, Kato knew a lot more than he told. Remember, he claims he was awakened by a thump that shook the walls of the guesthouse -- that was Simpson hitting the A.C. (no, not Cowlings, the air conditioner)."
"There are a lot of stories about what they did and what they said during that McRun. At the very least, O.J. Simpson was in a rage after getting snubbed by Nicole, and he was always willing to rant even when people weren't in the mood to listen. Kato the houseguest was obligated to listen." Speculated Levin.
