i think if you have a prescription for the drugs you are on (even tho the bottle says not to Drive) i think there should be some concederation for that
not to say thats ok to drive while on anything!
cause it's not just your life we are talking about here
well thats my thoughts on the matter

To Nicole. I hear Tom Johns said when he was young that he saw a lot of drugs and alcohol around him and before he would think of using any, he said to himself, my family would not like that. It is the same for you Nicole. Your family would not like you to use drugs or alcohol. Stay away from all. For menstrual pain try eating well, sleeping well, exercise, fish oil, or evening primrose oil, a heating pad, a warm bath, anything but drugs.
You have a privileged life. You are a beautiful young lady. Make your family proud. This is your wake up call. Wake up and do the right thing. Good luck and may the wind be behind you.

Oh no, no no.. Your headline is all wrong!! If it were you or I, regular everyday people, WE would go to jail for a second convictioon for DUI. But, as one of Hollyweirds 'Celebutante' gang, how much would you bet that this spoiled little no talent rich girl gets off?? Some high priced schiester will come along and get her the celebrity version of justice, you know, '...Whoa is me, re-hab, it'll never happen again!!'

She thinks her life is sooo bad that she has to take vicodin and smoke pot?!?! good lord girl, look around at the true suffering in this world and spend your money and time doing something for others. helping others, THAT is the best high in the world.

Oh but I forgot she rose to fame MAKING FUN of the lowly average people in this world... she has no soul. but she could find one if she tried to look for it some place other than a night club and the bottom of a bottle of vicodin.

Hard to tell if she's a mess again with drugs or just bored with not HAVING to really do anything, thanks to her father's musical success. I'm all for counseling and rehab [and shoot, how about setting some life goals?] but I have a real problem with celebrities living under a different set of laws than the rest of us. Remember when Sean Penn got to schedule his jail time because the first time the courts sent him, it conflicted with him making a movie? Who is running things people? Well, I live in California, so in my case with an actor as governor, it's the actors.

I think you should give this girl a break. She has had a hard life, living under the shadow of her father. If she wasn't living under a microscope, her behaviour wouldn't be that bad. Besides I think we need to make exceptions for celebrities and debutantes. Their lives are a lot harder than you think. Its not easy going to parties, being driven in limos and not having to work. They do not get the same satisfaction from life that regular people. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

If you take a prescribed medicine that you know will impair your driving, DO Not Drive. Smoking Pot and driving only makes this a double shame!
Put her in jail to learn the lesson she should have learned the first time..
