Sadie Frost - England © PhotorazziThe British actress-turned-fashion designer insists it took all her will power just to leave her house after the birth of her third child, daughter Iris, in October 2000.She confessed to Hello magazine: "It made me feel like I didn't want to leave the house. I didn't even exercise, and I really need to exercise."I weighed 28lbs more than I do now and felt really lethargic. But gradually, I got my self-esteem back."Sadie - the ex-wife of Jude Law - has also revealed she has made herself confront her fears since reaching her 40s.The 42-year-old brunette, who is close friends with supermodel Kate Moss, managed to overcome her fear of heights by learning how to trapeze.She said: "Learning trapeze work has been a big thing for me.
