Kylie Minogue's New Year's extravaganza
Dec 13, 2006, 12:20 GMT
Kylie Minogue is performing at a special New Year's Eve concert in London.
The Australian singer is playing a one-off show at Wembley Arena following her hugely successful 'Showgirl Homecoming' concerts in her homeland of Australia.
The show will mark an amazing comeback for Kylie after she beat breast cancer in January, and the diminutive pop superstar can't wait to repay her British fans for all their support with a spectacular performance.
She said: "I am so happy to be back on stage. I've been to some great New Year's Eve parties over the years and I can't wait to host what will be the biggest party of all."
Support on the night will come from Abba tribute band Bjorn Again, and tickets go on sale from website bookingsdirect.com and the 24-hour Ticket Hotline on 0870 735 5000.
Kylie held back the tears when she made her pop comeback in Sydney in November.
She was forced to postpone all her Australian dates after being diagnosed with cancer in May 2005, but sealed her return to the stage with a mesmerising performance which included an impressive eight different costume changes and a selection of her classic hits, including 'Better The Devil You Know'.
