Paul McCartney's not-so-secret settlement

Sir Paul McCartney will pay estranged wife Heather Mills £120million in a secret divorce settlement, it has been reported.
The former Beatles legend has been convinced to agree to the deal by his fashion designer daughter Stella, who is worried about his mental and physical health.
A source told Britain's News of the World newspaper: "Stella told Paul: 'If this goes on it could kill you. Being happy is more important than money'."
Paul had a heart scare earlier this year and has been in therapy since he split from the former model in May.
It has been reported that Heather will be publicly awarded £10million, most of which she will donate to charity.
However, Paul will privately hand Heather £120million, which includes £3million a year for the divorce settlement and £2million a year in maintenance for their three-year-old daughter Beatrice.
The staggering fee also includes £3million for their English homes, an £8million fund for homes in the US and Europe and £2million towards staff fees and general expenses.
The source added: "It's a done deal and Paul is relieved."
Heather, 38, was seen filming inside the London home she shared with Paul last week.
Heather spent two hours at the £5 million St John's Wood mansion, videoing the contents of every room before leaving with two suitcases filled with clothes.
The footage is rumoured to be for use during her upcoming divorce battle, but Heather's spokesperson insists she was filming the paparazzi following her.

That is an obscene amount of money. In fact this equates to well over $150,000 for each day of their four year marriage. A high class hooker would kill for that sort of arrangement. Hmm, let me think...

Well I guess £120 Million is a small amount to be rid of a woman like her.
From one of the throng of men in the world who have given their whole heart to a woman only to have it stepped upon in the end, may Paul find peace and move along.

This seems so unfair. He amased his riches long before she came along. He really missed out because he could have had me and I have all my body parts, except for my teeth that is.
His first wife was the light of his life, then unfortunetly she died. I sat at a stadium and watch Paul and Linda together, you could tell they were in love. They went everywhere together. Then he met Heather, just by looking at her , I knew she was a money hungry woman. Will say and do anything for money. I hope the rest of your life Paul is filled with happiness . I am really saddened by what's going on right now with sir paul's life. i just hope that he will recover from this nightmare the soonest possible time. that kind of woman doesn't deserve any media hype. just continue making beautiful music. you have such wonderful children with linda. spend more time with them. enjoy life. i am sure all the beatles' fans are 100% behind you. nothing's gonna change our love for you!!!
