Happy Birthday, Mr. Kirk Douglas!

I feel honored to have reached your thoughts online. I went searching around for the schpeel on the young actors of today! Oh Boy! Yikes! I scrolled down because I became disgusted very quickly! I saw a line about your birthday and was touched. I'm 47 years old and I watched many, many movies that you starred in. My mother was a fan! I always had a certain respect for you, as a person, and as an actor. You were awfully handsome, to me, also! A pleasure to watch you in action, being the wonderful actor that you have been for so many wonderful years!
About your concerns- I would like to share with you the love I have for this country, also. The wonderful opportunities, the beautiful land we live on and share and the loving people we bump into each day! I was raised in Pacific Palisades, California. Pali High Grad. 4th generation Californian! Thank you very much!!!
I was a very fortunate women to have had the chance to see life in many different ways without worry. Sitting on my roof top, listening to the ocean 2 blocks down Chatauqua! Thank you, to all of you hard working, loving parents of some of the 40s,50s,60s and some of the 70s! We need to carry on the love and morals that some of you made a point of teaching us. We all do the best we can and I do my part as a friend and good citizen to make good changes.
We definitely need the healthy changes as usual! I believe that Good will move many mountains in the years to come. I also believe that more people need to remember God, and hang in there with him, because no matter what happens, there are those that will be blessed for the good they've done on this earth and prosper in magnificent beauty and love with God. So, what I'm saying is, I'm going to try my best to put on our parents shoes and do the best I can when walking that mile! To make a difference, a good difference! Congratulations on becoming 90 years happier! Its always so wonderful to see that spark in your eyes! Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.
