Jessica Simpson's tearful tribute

Singer Jessica Simpson was onstage when she suddenly began to cry during her performance in tribute to Dolly Parton, and bolted off-stage at the Kennedy Center Honors.
TMZ reports that Jessica Simpson was jittery and nervous during a tribute performance to Dolly Parton at the Kennedy Center Honors yesterday that she abruptly walked offstage when the song ended, and when she reappeared, she was still weepy.
Simpson finished the song from "Nine to Five" and said she was "so nervous" and bolted off-stage, to no applause.
When the other singers in the tribute to Parton came onstage later, TMZ reports that Jessica was still in tears.
Parton was recognized at the annual Kennedy soiree along with Steven Spielberg, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Smokey Robinson, and conductor Zubin Mehta.

she was crying because she could not remember the lyrics.
I think Jessica has developed a booze problem. I have seen her on 2 talk shows blotto on 'something'. Looks like booze.

Jessica had a teleprompter with the words to the song and still screwed it up! I first thought maybe CBS will not show her performance but then I hope they do, to show what a talentless bimbo she really is!
i agree with mike, the truth is jessica is talentless and her fame is almost over. she is a airhead. i wish they show how stupid she looked trying to perform 9-5, for a tribute to dolly pardon. i do not think it will be too soon
that the kennedy center will be having her perform. i think she was upset because she cannot get john mayers to commit to her. what did joe simpson say about this airhead performance?

All I could think when I read this story was 'Dolly Parton isn't dead is she?' Why was the girl crying then?
