I personally that this is just ABURD..this is just rubbish
it is not Ash's fault she had to do the Kissing scene it was on the bloody script for goodness sake ...The lawyer could of just taken the Director to Court or the Script Writer cause he/she was the one that wrote/directed the movie ash did not participate in doing this film whatsoever she only starred on it!!!!!! and if he did take her to court(which he did) Hritik Roshan was the another partaker in teh Kissing scene Ash did not just kiss her palm Hritik was in there too!!!!
I personally think that he has a problem with Ash...i don't think he likes her at all...just like heaps of other indians that can't stand her but you know what SHE CAN SCORE MANY GUYS THAN YOU CAN.....SHE CAN GET A RECORD DEAL FASTER THAN YOU CAN BECAUSE SHE IS BEAUTIFULL INSIDE AND OUT!!!!!!!!!

Dear Mr.Dwivedi (your name's gay, by the way) where were you when Mallika Sherawat was around? and surely Ash has kissed before in Kyun Ho Gaya Na?? and the rapidly increasing number of sex comedies?? surely thoise were more 'vulgar' than this little smooch?? Stop making such a big deal about it, dude. If you don't like the smooch, don't watch it. And check the R-A-T-I-N-G before taking your kids to watch the movie. period.
I totaly agree with all of u guys but can't you see that you are doing exactly what the CRAZY lawayer wants. You say that he just wants attention and that he has no life and blah blah blah but yet u are giving him that attention. He has suceeded in what he wanted, Its SAD how such a big deal can be made about a 30 sec kiss and how people can go on and on bout petty little things like that and forget about things that matters like Child abuse, rape, violence, drug abuse...the list can go on and on... think about it
this is very stupid to sue aishwarya and hritik for the said kissing scene. there r many hindi and also south indian movies which contain much more vulgarity than the said scene. many films of bollywood actor imran hashmi have more intimate kissing scenes than this. for example, ' murder', ' ashique banaya apne'. many actresses like rani mukharji( film-- he ram), priety zinta(salam namaste), bipasha basu(jism), tanushree datta(ashique banaya apne), have given the kissing scenes. then why nobody sued them? if indian people can tolerate the above mentioned movies and scenes, if they can tolerate the rape scenes like the scene in the movies damini, if they can tolerate the scenes with excessive violence, if they can tolerate the ' item numbers' of half nude actresses like rakhi sawant and yana gupta, why they r creebing against the innocent kissing scene between ash and hritik?
Shailendra Dwivedi is trying to make some money, ha ha. Good way to get hyped up in the media. I am going to have to see if he succeeds. Then I might try something like that to get famous (or infamous?. This is so hilarious. I am sure if u search his bedroom you will find porn magazines, lol. This lawyer is just pissed because he wanted his child to witness some actress pelvic and bust thrusting around in a variety of costumes with 40 losers dancing behind her on the slopes of the Swiss Alps,you know,something that does not happen in reality.
Instead the child saw two people touch lips,which is something that happens among billions of couples all over the world,including India.

I just don't believe this. I had not seen the kissing scene til now. But from what I read, it had a PG rating. So fine! why the controversy???
