Well..I must say..I think Mr Dwivedi has other 'agendas' in mind- the scenes in Murder, Gangster, Woh Lamhe and the like..were not 'demoralising' as they did not involve big names who could catch international attention!Aishwarya Rai, Hrithik Roshan (the Bachchans are draggged in too..for no reason)are names, people associate with India..so the lawyer could use some attention!

If you ask me this 'lawyer' is basically out for the attentoin and money he may wana try make by causing a stir. Honeslty this guy actualy has no argument, ppl kiss all the time and Dhoom2 is actualy nothing when compared to some movies. HELLO salam namaste? KANK is about cheating and what about that low budget porno of a movie Sahil Khan made? andwhere was this guy when the movie 'girlfriend' came out? god what a dork!
This guy acutaly has some serious issues if he is trying to make a big deal about this! he fully needs to get a life and/or be shot in the head for being an idiot!

your good feelings. In indian movie you hug, shake-hands or do NAMASKAR and thatway you express your good feelings. If that kiss is a vulgarity than Hug or Namaskar ,shake-hands are vulagarity.

what is wrong with this lawyer? does he have any idea of western culture or soceity? there may be a good amount of violence for commerical purposes in indian movies but there is absolutely none or about 0.00001 % vulgarity or sex portrayed in indian movies when compared with hollywood or english movies from the western countries like US,UK etc. This lawyer must be educated by showing him a content comparison of indian and hollywood movies. then let him go mad and go and take all the hollywood celebrities to court..just kidding..almost every hollywood movie rated PG-13 or above like (R,NC-17) portrays a lot of nude scenes or more even after some unnecessary parts being cut or censored by the MPAA and millions of movies like that are made every year in the US. anyways nobody forced this guy to go and see dhoom-2 and get jealous and find mean ways to complain. he should be intelligent enough to read the reviews, know the rating before finding it whether it will be appropriate for his kids. come on guys, this is a open soceity and we got to follow a judicious policy to respect but disagree with things which are not acceptable to us, rather than fighting and taking people to court whom we think are crossing the line ! if we want to do that, then there will be millions of people like that we will have to drag them to court !

I am really surprised that a lawyer is acting like this. As being a lawyer, u must know what censor board stands for? It has the rights to pass the film and our government has given those rights to that department. U know why??? So that our supreme court can handle other important cases carefully.
Now as being a lawyer U R wasting time of our court which is offence in ur law books. U must be aware of it. So please stop all this nonsense. If you dont have any work to do, please let our court concentrate in other important issues.

I dont think the kiss in dhoom2 is the first or last kiss in Indian cinema, lately kissing with obscenes and nudity is becoming the latest trend so called 'sex sells' ,althouth I live in US but recently I have started wondering if the Indian censor board is dead or has India gone so forward that we are having a hard time coping up. People always told me if you live in US make sure you give your kids Indian culture, well if this is the glimpse of our society then one should rethink.

Well, Producer wanted it, Actors performed it, Censor Board allowed it, and public enjoyed it. Who is to be blamed? That lawyer is crazy and wants some publicity that is all.
I didn't see anything wrong with it, come on, I see more vulgar scenes on other tv channel everyday.
People have special standards for Ash. The high moral ground which Ash had chosen over morality and nude scenes have put her in an unique position and this is shaken by this joke of a kiss. People just cant accept Ash kissing. Others like Rani or Preity can, but Ash it is a big No. Poor female. Ash will have a tough time, with so many people watching her and breathing down her neck always.
I don't understand why there is this facination with what Ash does & doesn't do. Okay she has always maintained the no kissing/nudity rule but she has also said that she will cross that bridge when it comes. Fortunately, she has crossed that bridge with the second hottest b/wood hunks around (1st is Abhi). Why do people feel the need to scrutinise this?. I mean, God forbid if Ash had gone hard out & did a full blown tongues involved kiss. She would have been called all the not so nice names under the sun!!!. Soooooo mr lawyer, get over it co's you ain't seen nothing yet. This is the 21st century & there are more depressing issue out there than a screen kiss between 2 gorgeous people.

First of all, there is nothing to raise questions about. If you don't like it don't see it and rather than taking trials on actor/actress, I would say that the court should ask the members of Censor board who passed the scene (if its really objectionable).
And why don't we talk about the movies like Khwaish? (everyone remembers, 17 kisses, wow!). Were they all classics? Or movies like murder. All knows Imraan Hasmi. I call him Smoocher singh a.k.a Mr. Kisser. If Dhoom2 is to face trial than Hasmi should be hanged, hanged till death.
All I would say is that, movies are for entertainment. Please don't spoil the motto. Watch the movie, appreciate the actings and let others do the same. And all these conspiracy will spoil the entertainment industry.

Many other movies have shown more obscene or intimate scenes, so dream on and dont blame the actors for anything. And yeah you cont this crap and you will get cracked in the jaw very hard very soon..

The scene in Dhoom 2 is nowhere near 2 obscenity as compared to those.
nobody drags you to watch the movie if u don't want it and you might not b knowing wat ur kids might b doin behind ur back.
U should have stood up when there were iniitial movies displaying obscenity.
u just wanted publicity.
U MIND UR BUSINESS and don't try to act a sermon coz nobody cares wat u feel bout the movie or the scene.

Please remain in your city dont watch first day first show so that you can avoid any surprises from a Hit Like Dhoom 2 . So my kind advice plz. See the review of the movies first.
