well, Mr.Shailendra Dwivedi nobody put a gun to your head to go watch the movie if you don't like it and please check the sensor board certification before taking your kids to the movies. a simple advice, if its rater R or Adult its not for kids. please don't take the responsibility of the whole country and decide on their behalf whats right or wrong for them. MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS.
Where was this lawyer when Om Kara, KANK, Salaam Namaste, Gangster and Woh Lamhe came out. These movies had far more lovemaking than the simple kiss of Dhoom 2. Dhoom 2 was nothing. This lawyer needs to get a life.
Omg!. Who is this person?. From which rock did he/she crawl from?, and why is it 'Aishwarya Rai's kiss'?. Why is Ash singled out?. There was absolutely nothing vulgar about it, it was just a small scene in what was tryly a fantastic movie that my family & I thoroughly enjoyed (quite an admission from a non-Indian). I am really disappointed that someone so small minded has gone as far as filing a case against these talented people when it should have been thrown out the door.
thnk god they dint single out my hrithik roshan...have to accept he is the sexiest man on earth.people magazine is right..mwaaahss..ash...this is wot happens if u kiss my hrithik..hehe
we indians are hypocrites, arnt we..? we have 2nd largest population in the world, and yet a kissing scene stirs a controversy... great, aint it?
and who knows, all this episode may be a stunt just to promote the 'scene' and the film.. u never know..!
Why wasn't Hrithik Roshan singled out?. He initiated it & he was looking very comfortable. And why not when your kissing the most beautiful woman in the world. It was done with class between 2 very classy people.
finally!!! what took them so long ?no a big deal!
Mr Shailendra Dwivedi is absolutely right. Miss Rai should be brought under trial. She has set a bad example in the society and I am afraid that this act is morally degrading for the viewers. You want to know why?? Because this 'kissing' act is in the worst enacted scene in the movie history. Look carefully again, its Hrithik who is actually trying kiss the miss, not the other way round. MTV every year has an award category for best kiss on the screen. This year Rai can get the award for the worst one.
Mr Dwivedi you are right. We definitely get a very obscene message. We can never learn how get a kiss right if there is so much coldness dispalyed on the screen. And moreover if a movie has been released with a Parental Discretion certificate, then it depends upon you to take or not to take your children to the movie. Either way it will not make any Himalayan difference.
I therefore would suggest my concerned lawyer friend to better the degraded legal system than to indulge in such frivolous act of gathering public attention.
I Suggest To this lawyer to do his best in stopping citizens to PISS in public before he moves to KISS in public issue.. i feel pissing is way more obscence then this kissing in movies...

I guessed Mr Dwivedi might need it !!
I'm just mad because I'm not the one kissing her.
I used to think 'Lair' was just a bad pronunciation for 'Lawyer' till I heard of Mr. Dwiwedi.
Mr.Shailendra Dwivedi..what abt movie kank..what kind of message that movie shows on extra martial affairs...u didnt find any obscene in the movie..but u finded obscene in 30 sec kiss....iam also indian citizen..stop crying like kid over this kiss scene..get a life...u retarted prick..
Perhaps Indian actors need to shed their clothes completely then this lawyer dude might keep his mouth shut.
wah!!!! what a great topic for discussion.

Hi Mr. Diwedi,
Good Job,
INDORE IS THE BEST CITY OF INDIA
Thanks for bringing our city once again in the limelight of the world.
Mr Sailendra should be charged with wrongful accusation. If there was any case at all, it should have been director for directing such a scene, producer for filming such a scene, or with censor board for passing such a scene or with the Government for letting Censor Board pass such a scene.... Where is Ash in this pecking order?
I think this is just a publicity stunt... Mr Shailendra Dwivedi have a life....
Get well soon !
Warm regards.
There's no doubt that a lot of the adult oriented scenes in hindi movies are meant for the titillation factor unlike in most hollywood movies where a kiss is simply a 'kiss' or even sex is simply sex - no big deal. But in India, a kissing scene is prolonged to infinity, fireworks and sitar and tablas going mad in the background etc. The bollywood directors deliberately try to send the message 'Oh look ... now for the grand shot .. hold on to your hats folks .. here comes the smmoooooccchhhhh ... go ahead .. salivate & droool at this scene .. you paid 200 bucks for this movie and this is how we are going to make it worth while for you'. Frankly, such kissing scenes sicken me .. not because I don't enjoy seeing ash or some other cutie kissing, but because such a HUGE deal is made out of it. And in these days of unlimited free internet porn, I just don't see what's the big frickin deal! Why can't they ever simply show a one second kiss, or a friendly kiss or even a mother planting a motherly kiss on her sons forehead ? How come the every day real-life kisses are never shown in bollywood?
I am all for banning such kisses from movies that aren't explicitly porn movies. I stand by this looney lawyer to have this scene banned - though not for the same reasons that she wants it banned for. Who cares if its vulgar or not for kids? The movie clearly has a 'parental discretion' advice on it. Perhaps she should first understand the legal definition of 'parental discretion'.
Ahh! Dear Lord! These small-minded people just keep this silly issues coming and coming! They dont ever quit do they! I seriously think this is ridiculous. Furrst of all, this is the 21st century, learn to live with it. You dont want the entire world to lag behind cause of such lawyers who blow such petty issues up. I am not sayin that we should forget our principles, im simply sayin that that merely 30-seconds kissin scene was such a little thing, i dont see why he/she has to make it into such a huge controversy. Perhaps, IF it had been an EXTREMELY intimate love-making scene, and the lawyer had filed a complaint, then i would stand by him/her. ( pls note the word EXTREMELY )
Besides, what bout movies such as KANK and GANGSTER, wherr there were even more passionate scenes?? How come this certain lawyer only crawls out of from the underside of a rock all of a sudden? Only when its Dhoom 2? Starrin the world's most beautiful woman Aishwarya Rai? I have to say this, i am not takin sides just because i am a fan of Aishwarya. I jus honestly, find this entire blow up on a little kissin scene.. ABSURD! I've noticed that this whole complaint thing has come out as.. 'Aishwarya Rai's Kiss'.. why is that so? Why is Ash being singled out? After all, its Hrithik who initiates the kiss. I seriously think everyone out here who finds this issue ridiculous, deserves to hear an answer for that. Ultimately, Ash and Hrithik are the artists of the movie. They didnt plan and decide to do the kissing scene. It was part of their roles and storyline given to them by the director. So why not take this case up on the director? And since this little kissin thing matters to the lawyer so much, then he/she should also take this case up on directors of KANK and other films with even more intimate scenes. Cmon, we have to learn to live along and live with.. cant keep stoppin and fightin over such petty issues. It is a talent to be able to act and these actors have just done their job. The lawyer seriously needs to get a life. I'd stand on a rooftop and say it. Even if i have to come down ta court, i would. Sheeeesh! Just in case, Mr.Shailendra Dwivedi.. here's my mailing add. Lady-Krunk@hotmail.com
I'd so love to hear from you.
