Hasselhoff's Baywatch brainwave
Dec 2, 2006, 8:00 GMT
David Hasselhoff claims the slow-motion close-ups of swimsuit-clad actresses in 'Baywatch' were his idea.
The actor, who played Mitch Buchannon in the hit TV show, says a limited budget was the reason behind the slowed down shots of the programme's beautiful stars.
He told Britain's Loaded magazine: "Well, basically I had the idea myself because we run out of money. So I said, 'Oh wow, look at her butt, she looks great, let's shoot her.' So we did, in slow motion."
Pamela Anderson, Carmen Electra, Yasmine Bleeth and Traci Bingham are just a few of the famous beauties who showed off their incredible bodies while running on the beach.
Meanwhile, Hasselhoff has joked that he has no trouble coping with his female fans.
Asked how he coped with women throwing themselves at him, the 'Click' star said: "Cope? I just take them home."
