Sheen and Richards officially single

TMZ's staked out reporters at the County Courthouse of Los Angeles have hit more paydirt. TMZ has obtained "fresh court documents" still steaming - the final death knell to Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards 4-year marriage.
A volatile separation, bitter custody battle, a subsequent hookup with a neighbor's husband (Richards-Locklear-Sambora drama) and Sheen's career kicked into high gear marked the last year.
The estranged pair seem to have mended fences. TMZ reports that they were spotted together with their kids and no acrimony recently.
A judge had previously ordered Sheen to stay 300 feet away from Richards and required that monitored visits with his children, reported TMZ.
