Stern that he is the baby daddy.TMZ reports that Los Angeles County Superior Court judge Robert Schnider has ordered Smith to submit her newborn baby to a genetic test to establish paternity.Smith's lawyers will appeal the ruling.TMZ reports an ecstatic Birkhead stating "Today feels like my birthday. This is the best present ever."
