Sir Elton John had to flee the stage during his latest Australian concert - to avoid vomiting on his fans.
The flamboyant musician was just about to start playing classic hit 'Crocodile Rock', in Brisbane, when he felt the contents of his stomach rising.
After dashing off without warning, Elton returned five minutes later and told the crowd: "I thought I'd better chunder in the toilet than all over the front row."
The 59-year-old managed to get over his sudden bout of sickness and continued to wow the 15,000-strong audience for a further 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, Elton has lost out on a part in the next 'Superman' movie after being outbid at an auction.
The 'Rocket Man' singer's offer of £40,000 was topped by British business tycoon Sir Philip Green - the owner of high-street fashion giant TopShop - who paid £50,000 for the cameo role for his wife Tina.
The auction, held at London's exclusive Fifty club, raised £500,000 for the Old Vic theatre.
The next film, 'Superman: The Man Of Steel', will see Brandon Routh reprise his role as the superhero, while Kevin Spacey - the artistic director of the Old Vic - is expected to again play villain Lex Luthor.
The movie is due for release in the summer of 2009.
