Rapper 50 Cent says becoming a father brought an end to his bad boy lifestyle.
The hip-hop star - who used to deal drugs and was shot nine times before he found fame - insists the birth of his son Marquise gave him the motivation to change his life.
He said: "My boy is my biggest priority in life. I have an arrangement with his mother that he spends a year with her and then a year with me. I'd like to have him with me all the time."
50 Cent - real name Curtis Jackson - also thanks his grandparents for their support when he was starting out in the music business.
He said: "They always believed in me. I spent so much time with people that believed in me that people outside my circle mistook my confidence for arrogance."
