CNN's legal maven Nancy Grace in hot water

By Stone Martindale Nov 23, 2006, 3:41 GMT

In an op-ed piece for Entertainment Weekly, Author Stephen King referred to CNN's legal host Nancy Grace recently as "the belle of the freakers ball."  Many have criticized her uber-direct line of questioning, which has now landed a lawsuit for Grace.

A Lockport couple is breaking their silence over the death of their daughter and the search for their missing grandson. They are suing the CNN journalist according to News 4's Michele McClintick.

Melinda Duckett was the mother of two year old Trenton Duckett, who has been missing since August. After a phone interview with CNN's Nancy Grace on her CNN Show on September 7th, the next day, Melinda crawled into a closet an blew her head off with a shotgun.

The segment aired just hours after her death.

McClintick reports that Melinda's father, Jerry Eubank said: "It was 3-4 hours after I heard that Mindy died and I'm watching this woman banging the table, and screaming about why aren't you telling us this, I mean she was judge, jury and executioner."

Melinda's mother, Beth Eubank: "She physically makes me ill. The night she aired the show on September 8th, it was less than four hours since Mindy's death, family members had not even been notified."

CNN had this response: "While we have no comment on pending litigation, we stand by Nancy Grace and fully support her, as we have from the beginning of this matter."

I watched your show the night of the interview and as a mother of four how anybody can say your intentions were against Ms.Duckett are absurd! As a professional you did your job as well as the authorities by questioning her with legitimacy. Anybody that puts her personal needs above her missing sons should be ashamed. Also as much attention as you have given this case where in the world have her parents been? Not searching for Trenton. I feel the parents have their own guilt and now are trying to point the finger at somebody else instead of asking what they could have done for their daughter!

Nancy is horrible. She had no right to question Melinda and insist she give her details that only the police should know. Go to youtube and watch her video when she interviewed Elizabeth Smart. Nancy is about money and ratings, nothing else.

If she remains on the air, I will stop watching CNN, which I have always liked. Her behavior

Nancy Grace is a bottom-feeder of the worst kind. She had done no investigation whatsoever and had scant little evidence against Ms. Duckett when chose to verbally beat a confession out of her.

Ms. Duckett is absolutely on Nancy Grace's hands. Grace made it abundently clear on air that this woman was going to become the next John and Patsy Ramsy -- guilty because the media says so, not because of evidence.

If it were as clear as Nancy Grace would have you believed two and half months ago, Melinda Duckett would have already been named the killer and the case closed. Obviously that hasn't been the case.

To show the program after the woman's death shatters any false sense of journalistic integrity or human decency that Nancy Gracr, or CNN, can pretend to have.

Nancy Grace had nothing to do with melinda's death! Melinda killed herself because she knew all the stuff she had done was catching up with her, the email, the porn, the bank of america money deal.
Her own great grandma said she was fragile and emotionally upset, so why would you leave Melinda home alone with a shot gun while you went off to eat lunch!

Hi:
Thank you for the opportunity to express my views on something that has been of concern to me.

Firstly: Nancy Grace. I have only seen her on television once, and that only for a few moments. I switched from CNN and no longer watch your broadcast while she is featured. I found her rude and offensive, exhibiting a type of aggressive behavior that has become all too prevalent on many of your programs.

Also:
While you are to be recommended for your coverage of the political scene, your failure to address the effect that 'Dirty Advertising' is having on the behavior of America's younger generation, is akin to condoning the practice. I believe that the population of the United States is in general becoming more aggressive and less polite. A trait is contributing to the alienation abroad of the nation

Lastly:
Your constant and repetitious self-grandisment. 'The Best News Coverage' The Best Reporters' 'Only on CNN'.

Methinks you protest too much!

With Best Wishes and Kindest Regards!

CNN has these folks because they are a failure. Their ratings suck, and they must resort to this irritating woman. This is fine, as far as freedom of speech goes, but that is the extent of it.

If CNN wants someone to open up, why don't they discuss their gagging of Saddam stories, while he was in power?

The press operates on the premise that YOU won't remember tomorrow, what was broadcast yesterday.

Nancy was absolutely wrong! If she wants to continue to be a prosecutor, then she needs to go back to her $40,000 a year job in California. I am a firm believer that her show should be cancelled and she should be prosecuted. If a jury finds her innocent, so, be it. But she should be made to respond and given an opportunity to defend her actions.

One other point...her lack of remorse for a lost of life was truly wreckless and it goes against America's moral fiber. Ms. Duckett had not been found guilty of any crime nor had she been charged with any crime. Nancy should have respected the judicial system, the family, and her viewers. It is not her job to solve or investigate crimes...it is her job to report them.

It is a sad day in our society when networks fall to an all time low by airing such irresponsible retoric.

Spare me from the idiots. Maybe there should have been a disclaimer added at the beginning of the interview about the death. Maybe CNN could have waited to air the clip. I was unaware that the mother had killed herself when the interview aired. I still think blaming Nancy Grace for this woman's problem is stupid. If the woman was innocent then why would she not help find her child? If she was so unstable then why did no one person stop her from talking to the media. Why did her lawyer not try to keep the interview off of the air? Nancy Grace just asked reasonable questions. Nobody forced the woman to be on CNN. The people around this woman are really responsible for this tragedy. Why was she allowed to talk to CNN if she was unstable. Why was she left alone in the house after the interview? Why were the guns that easy to find and use? The family is to blame.

First of all.........I love your show Nancy. I watch you all the time, especially how you interview everyone on your show. You did no different with this case on Trenton, than you would trying to get to the truth of anyone else's case!! You have more courage than many other legal people. Other legal representatives ask so many questions, and then back down if they feel they might be in any 'heat.' That's thinking of themselves!! You Nancy don't do that. You go all the way with the questioning........and sometimes that's what it takes to break a person open to tell the truth. Yes, I do agree that Melinda should have been interviewed to see if she was mentally capable to 'stand in the line of questioning.' That's the only mistake I see. That though wasn't your job I'm sure........this was someone else's responsibility. I never heard anything about Melinda's parents being there with her or trying to find Trenton. They should've been there to stop their daughter from participating if they had cared so much for her. So I do think they are trying to point the finger at you. I'm a southern girl too, and it is in our nature to get to the point, with in your face questions. My way of thinking is 'if you are telling the truth' you shouldn't mind the challenge. For all the people that disagree, just change the channel. I and my fellow friends want to see Nancy on the show.........Good Luck to you Nancy............

There is no way Nancy Grace should be held responsible for Melinda Duckett's death. She asked her basic questions about where she went with Trenton on the day of his disappearence.

If my child were missing and I was there on CNN doing an interview and someone asked me where I went with my child on the last day I spent with him, you can be darn sure I would have no problem answering them. But Ms. Duckett did. She evaded the truth. If you go shopping, you know where. There is video surveillence all over the place. Breaking down where she was, might have jogged someone's memory. Maybe they noticed someone watching an Asian child too closely...who knows?

Did Nancy Grace throw out Trenton Duckett's sonogram pictures, his food, his FisherPrice toys? Did Nancy Grace steal $10,000 from her employer? Did Nancy Gracy make porn while feeding Trenton Duckett a bottle? Melinda Duckett killed herself because the jig was up.

Oh and did any of you critics happen to notice that during the interview that Melinda Duckett chuckled a bit when Nancy Grace questioned her as if she were asking stupid questions?

Anyone would be fragile with a missing child. Melinda Duckett sounded on air like a person talking about a missing pizza box. If she was so fragile, shouldn't her parents be suing the grandparents for leaving her alone with a loaded weapon while they were out having a nice lunch?

Wake up people!

I love Nancy Grace and I feel that nancy was just doing what she always does.
She did not question Melinda Duckett any differently then she does any one else.
Nancy is a caring and passionbate person when it comes to finding out the truth about any child missing or lost.
Nancy quite often hits her desk with an ink pen in her hand that is not considered pounding or beating on her desk to me.
If you watch her you know how involved she gets when trying to find out the truth. Melinda did not have to stay on the line with Nancy all she had to do was hang up.There is no way that Nancy is responsible for her suicide. If my child, heaven forbid ever ended up missing I would want Nancy Grace to be involved in trying to find my child.Melinda stated her own self that it wasn't just Nancy's show it was (All Media) she was having a problem with. In that case why did she go on the show..So if your looking for a media show to blame. I say you will be able to look at all the shows that talked about the Trenton Duckett case and Melinda..Melinda said that her self (All Media)!!
Get off Nancy's back. She is number one in my book of people to look up too. All you people that have negative things to say about Nancy havn't given her a chance.
You say you saw the program once or twice and didn't care to watch anymore. Thats your choice.. But me I will continue to watch one of the most intelligent and caring people Ive seen on T V ...Which is my choice...

I don't understand why everyone is so upset with Nancy. It was obvious that Melinda was lying during the interview. Was Nancy supposed to just let a woman who may have murdered or given away her child airtime to tell her fabricated tale about an abductor who lifted Trenton through a hole in a screen. Or should she have tried to get the woman to tell the truth and possibly save a baby's life.
The people who complain about her interview seem to care less about what happened to Trenton.
The police said they asked Melinda Duckett the same questions that Nancy did. And so did a radio show host who interviewed Melinda. The questions she was being asked were not new.
Melinda obviously did something to her child yet her parents are not even worried about finding him.
Melinda killed herself because of her guilt. Asking her to tell the truth did not kill her.

Nancy Grace was NOT responsible for Melinda Duckett Taking her own life. Melinda did what she had to do because all the things she had done were catching up with her, the FBI were on their way to her house to arrest her and Melinda knew this, that is why she killed herself. All the Nancy haters out there would love to blame this on her, and Melinda's family would also like to make the public believe this so they can get some money out of all this. Whay wasn't Melinda's family out there looking for Trenton instead of sitting home trying to count the funds that they say Joshua is misusing? Why have the family of Melinda's ever been seen on TV asking for the safe return of their grandson? Only when the FBI stepped in did we hear from Melinda's family and that was to sue Nancy Grace and have Joshua investigated. Could it be they are trying to divert the attention of the FBI? I honestly feel that Melinda's family know Trentons whereabouts, but they are refusing to tell because they hate Joshua as much as Melinda did, and their hate is overpowering their love for Trenton. I do not believe Trenton is dead, I do believe Melinda gave him to someone. Melinda's family should be investigated fully for possible connection to Trenton missing..Why is it that not even one friend or one family member of Melinda ever interviewed with the media in hope of finding Trenton, nor interviewed in Melinda's behalf? Doesn't that make anyone think as to why? Only Nancy Grace is helping to find Trenton and the family is trying to stop that with a bogus law suit. Why? Their only concern should be to find Trenton....NOT SUE NANCY GRACE...

Nancy Graceless needs to be held accountable.

1st – I’d like to know what her staff said to manipulate Melinda Duckett to appear on her show. I read she initially declined until she was told her ex-husband was appearing on the show. In light of the un-amicable divorce Ms. Duckett was compelled to go on Nancy’s show to defend herself. She already was in state of defensiveness. Also, remember Ms. Duckett was young, very young going through a very stressful period. Ms. Graceless, being the more experienced and ‘mature’ person should have handled the situation accordingly. But, she choose to scream at this inexperienced/non TV savvy woman in a sensationalist style for her own hysterical validation.

2nd – Not all people do well in a public forums, especially being screamed at, and I’m tired of people being condemned because they aren’t TV interviewee savvy. I have seen Nancy Graceless get extremely upset with other people who didn’t answer her questions the way she wanted them to. Normally she just puts words in their mouths, as they are subdued into a state of shock and are too stunned to respond accordingly. Nancy Grace is dangerous in her vigilante style of interviewing. Thank god Elizabeth Smart was prepared for her and shut her down with one sentence and even then Nancy Grace tried to make her feel guilty for not sensationalizing her own story by indicating that “should speak out for other victims”. She even stunned Lou Dobbs whilst interviewing her colleague by showing a picture of a Latin American child wrapped in a US Flag and stating – “Lou Dobbs didn`t want this little girl to come into the country. She`s only 3 years old. Some people would call it cold.” Talk about sensationalizing and misrepresenting facts.

3rd – Whether Ms. Duckett did or didn’t do something to Trenton – we’ll never know, will we! Nancy Grace did no service for the public, the police, the family, nor Trenton by being judge and jury and terrorizing Ms. Duckett into a state of further confusion and hence the choice of not rectifying a situation – suicide.

Nancy Grace should be sued – it is her world. Altho, from all accounts I’ve seen she thinks she’s above it. Take this to a real jury with valid facts and intentions. I suspect you’ll be surprised by the outcome – she’ll lose. She was wrong and SHE DID IN FACT create the environment, for already suicidal woman, to complete the act. If she chooses to make her living off of other peoples misery, than she should be responsible and insist on counseling for all her victims, ops, excuse me – guest. But, I suspect with her apparent ego, once the cameras are off, she deems it’s not her problem. Well this time, it is. Take the banshee off the air.

Nancy did nothing wrong. Melinda's family should be under investigation for leaving Melinda alone with a gun and ammo, even when Melinda has tried suicide in the past. What did they do, say we'll be back in a couple of hours and by the way we left a gun and ammo? Give me a break, how can Nancy Grace be responsible for this woman taking her own life? That's adsurd.

All Melinda's family did was to stop all media attention to Trenton, which is what I think their purpose of this law suit was. Some scum lawyer must have told them the way to get rid of all the attention. What grandparent would do ANYTHING to stop their missing grandchilds picture from being shown on national television? Especially knowing that their child had caused ALL this. Instead they file a law suit. WHY? Isn't finding Trenton more important than money to them?

Could it be that Melinda's family knows more then they are saying (which is nothing)? I have never even seen them on TV. The FBI should be really checking them out closely.

Now they want to hold Nancy Grace responsible. They need to hold themselves responsible.

The latest lawsuit against Nancy will substantiate that what Nancy did was both wrong and unlawful. Better bring your check-book with you to court Nancy, you are going to need it for sure. Maybe Joshua should turn to Adam Walsh for the media coverage on his son Trenton, seeing as Melinda's family succeeded in stopping CNN coverage. There is more than one way to skin a cat. Joshua should go to his local cable company (Brighthouse) and ask for a spot, Brighthouse has been known to help people out and I'm sure they will try to help any way they can...Also Joshua should 'sue' Melinda's family for leaving her alone with a loaded gun, when they, unlike Nancy Grace, KNEW about Melinda's mental condition ..Also Joshua should 'sue' Melinda's family for interferring with the search for his son by causing the coverage to stop. Joshua should also 'sue' for Melinda's family putting an investigation on how Joshua spends the donations received....It is no ones business how that money is spent, if joshua lost work due to this, that money can be spent towards his living expenses, and it is no one business. Melinda's family should have concerned themselves when Melinda bought an 'I pod' with the money SHE received....

In this country, one can sue for anything at all, as long as they can file the papers...of course that does NOT mean a victory...but they can sue...

If you read this Joshua, I mailed you an envelope..May God be with you and bring Trenton home safely and soon.......

Nancy is also working with her third Damage-Control Specialist firms since Nancy fired the first two DC-firms appointed to her case (Duckett) by CNN in just the past few months. Why she dismissed the first two may be an issue of interest for her viewers, it would sure make a good show. You are right, DT, regarding Nancy’s lack of smiles. I do not believe she actually is a happy person, as demonstrated in her mannerisms. I believe that because her track record is so horrid, it only leads to some job-security to some professionals now in the field of her psychological treatment. She has four active lawsuits against her right now that I have been able to substantiate. She has had more than that over the recent years at any given time, and I do not see one case in which she could possibly will prevail. She has long been viewed by professionals in both the fields of Law and Psychology as “a-train-wreck-in-motion.” It may been soon that her train will crash.

Thanks, Billi, for confirming again that my previous posts were totally correct about you and Nancy Grace. Did you check out any of those University sites regarding your conduct pertaining to your recent documented (AAOP) actions-against-other-posters and diagnosis yet? They work off of your IP (Internet Provider) info available every time you use the internet. Hopefully your attorney would have advised you of that by now, it was pointed out to you by other posters trying to help you on some other sites already. It is not published information (AAOP), but is obtainable to some depending upon their degree of sophistication in the use of the internet. I have been provided with a tabulation-count-sigma (TCS) that has a floating-rate for you specifically, Billi, plus many of your known aliases. (Page 14-22.) The count as of January 18, 2007 at 10:32am is 91.38 percent disagree with your assertions you have made against others including myself, and 80,2 percent feel a need for more in-patient treatment for yourself by professional staff. That last percentage number also had an “Appendage” that indicates you (Billi) are “highly susceptible to being self-injurious” again without more professional treatment. Your SBI (study-base-information) has been forwarded onto more professionals in the fields to gain you more treatment options once you again are re-institutionalized, and the information has been logged into the CSSI (Computerized Suspected Self-Injurious) monitoring sites that you are undoubtedly familiar with by now. Their records go back more than a year and three months regarding your (Billi’s) latest “attacks” against others on different sites, and it also indicates a “high probability” of continued civil infractions “being performed by this suspect”. I was amazed they used that word (suspect) to describe you Billi. The municipality’s own word, not mine, look it up yourself. And, it is all verifiable, as you already know Bill. But, I do happen to agree with their findings posted as of that date about you Billi. Check them out. You may want to do that while you are in the presence of a competent and capable adult to assist you with explaining and defining some of the criteria and results. You are part of an on-going study, as you have been advised quite some time ago, the “Notification-Date (ND)” was something you had acknowledged on another site after you attacked many other posters there, per the sites written-rules-of-posting (WRP). That site also monitors complaints filed against you pertaining to violations of civil law, and generates a statistical data report to victims of your abuse, as you already know. I was surprised just how many people have already filed requests for actions against you. It is just nice to know you are being “monitored.” Best of luck to you, and hopefully you do not get locked up again in your pursuit of your “perceived-needed” rants. Good luck.

Also Bill, A poster also had some verifications on why you claim everyone you oppose documented facts of, is because you do not either understand the true facts, or, you have not yet verified the facts against your current contentions. That report also suggests that you (Billi) were arrested during an incident back in November of 1999 where you (Billi) were arrested in the commission of a crime and it was discovered that you were “crossed-dressed” at the time of your arrest. That report (#CC18910748-99) also indicates that you refused to acknowledge your real gender even after the results were done by the police physician. There is a record of that incident as well as referenced by the Complaint Number. You can obtain that document through the Freedom-of-Information-Act. Your whole psychological mannerisms and distortions, Billi, are slowly beginning to make some sense. Best of luck to you, and hopefully you do not get locked up again in your pursuit of your “perceived-needed” rants. Good luck.

Watched an awesome video where Nancy Grace is included in it. It states “what dopes injustice sound like?” and it shows a picture of Nancy Grace. The video also shows a picture of Nancy in front of an American flag. The picture looks accurate of Nancy, but Nancy should never be seen around any American flag because Nancy stands for everything that is not American. Cool clip.

Michelle, you pathetic piece of - - - -. Why has everyone other than me stopped posting to you? Why? Why? Has everyone got your number? Have you convinced everyone that you are totally wacked out? Why do you only post to me? Have you become obsessed with me the same way you are about Nancy Grace? I hope not for your sake... You need to get a life, one that has NO computers in it. A life away from any connection with the outside world (OH, I'm sorry, thats where you are now..oops, I forgot for a second that you are institutionlized for good, so NO outside world for you, Huh? I decided to send your posts to the institution that you are staying at, in hope that they will ban you from using a computer. I sent them a list of all the sites that you were banned from in hope that they can see the damage that you do when you are let loose around a computer... By the way 'MITCHEL' what ever happened to your 'so called colleagues' that you 'USED' to refer to? Did you drive THEM away too? But the again they were just your other personalities coming out, right? Well thats a little improvement, don't you think? You see what can happen if you try real hard? If you put a little more effort into it, they might let you out for a weekend (supervised of course). Well hang in there MM, just look at the bright side of all this, at least Nancy Grace can rest at night knowing that you're locked up somewhere. Have a good life, infact have a 'great' life in there. Just don't drop the soap.......

Thanks, Billi, for again proving each of my previous points regarding your conduct on most sites you visit. You are job-security there Billi to your doctors Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Parole Agents, and nurses that have to deal with you. Definitely, job-security. Hopefully you (Billi) will not get locked up again in your “in-patient” status any time soon. Wasn’t the holiday-months being locked up long enough for you Billi? Don’t hurt anyone else, and maybe you might have a chance at freedom. Good luck.

You are not alone Todd, many people feel the same way as you described. If you do a SEARCH on any search engine, you will undoubtedly find many more people that do not like Nancy Grace and they hate the way she portrays herself after such a horrid track record of her own. There are four current lawsuits pending right now against her, maybe that might have an impact against some of her televised conduct. After that huge lawsuit loss to her in January of last year, CNN then required Nancy and her staff to attend counseling about their journalist infractions. But, as you know, Nancy continued with her civil violations against non-convicted victims and more are winning more and more money from both her and CNN. Good for them too.

Thanks again Billi, for proving all my prior points about you again. Don’t give up on Billi, there posters. I receive a ton of direct-emails each week about Billi suggesting options from having Billi re-committed into her psych-unit again, to suing Billi for her continued attacks against every poster that posts facts that Billi is unable or unwilling to understand or verify on her/his own. Well, people, that is one of the many reasons Billi lost custody of all of her children some years ago, and why Billi calls other people she feels inferior to nasty names or different names, and often says those people are cross-dressers and have been institutionalized, or are currently institutionalized like she is or has been. There is not a single psychological facility in the United States, contrary to Billi’s claim, that allows any of their patients to communicate unsupervised on the internet. Educated people know Billi is just exhibiting some of her documented schizophrenia-responses, and see her/him as nothing more than amusing entertainment. The latter info is found on the University-site under the POLLS option. She/he is definitely “Job-Security” for the mental health professionals. Good luck Billi, hope you can remain on the “outs” for a longer period of time this time, then what happened during the recent holidays. Michelle? Is that you? Are you talking to yourself again? Oh, thats not good..You must try and control yourself a little better than that...You MUST inform your psychiatrist of this set back...If you don't I WILL. You must have went off your MEDS again. Just sit down and take deep breaths and try to relax, do that for about 20 minutes, then start over again and if the same thing happens then repeat those steps again until you start to calm down a bit. And if none of that works for you than I strongly suggest the following:
Go in one of your closets (the one you frequent the most) sit in the corner and play with yourself, and if that does not work either, than please change doctors, because I have run out of solutions for your illness. You were told so many times that your illness was rare, but I had no idea it was this bad. You should have indicated all this at your orientation . But I will do the honors for you and report ALL your curent and past behavior to the proper authorities so you can be stopped before you start stalking again, because you know where that landed you the last time, and I know you would not want to go to that place again. After all the past problems that you had to work through, you know the ones I talking about, the time you thought you were a lawyer, and the time you thought you were a psychiatrist, and don't forget the time you thought you were a police officer, (that one was really the stopper). Your cross dressing problem went to far and almost landed you in the slammer again, so be careful this time. And it all started from you talking to yourself and convincing yourself you were really these people. So please take some good advice and seek some better help. I hope your insurance will cover all the help you need, if not, your SCREWED.... See ya, I did my best, I have to go now, to the other site.......

They point out quite directly to you how amazingly ignorant of the facts you remain, Billi. A few appear to feel sorry for you, but most do not. They believe your continued attacks against everyone you feel so inferior to is just reflective of your disorders, nothing more. Some of them have posted comments that your infatuation with your cross-dressing issues, the confirmed facts of you losing all custody issues, your inability to stay on-task of the sites, your documented history of what some call being a “troll” is actually quite common among people like you Billi exhibiting the S/S (signs and symptoms) associated through all of your non-stop rants and attacks against others you feel so inferior to. You poor, poor lost soul. You inspire a lot of people working in the fields of both Law and Psychology. You, Billi, are job-security to us all. You are identified on other sites too for your unfounded, illogical, sometimes illegal accusations, and obviously your lack of a formal education and they have a high probability-count that states you likely never even entered into any college degree program, you have likely never completed such a program, and many more have posted that you likely never even completed high-school as indicated in that quote from a poster just this morning on another site. Wrong again there Billi, but you always seem to be wrong on some account of what you post, nothing new for you. As already posted on another site you frequent, I did receive more posts, just 117 more direct-emails just yesterday (Wednesday Jan. 24, 2007) alone on you, Billi. Check out that University site on you too. It is awesome today. They offer 29 more comments about you from just last night alone. Plus, another 18 comments listed under the option called “Polls,“ then sub-grouped under the option labeled “Billi.“ That site also says that you do not work, so you definitely have time to do some research on your illegal continued conduct over the internet. Also, on the Nancy Grace show tonight on Thursday, Nancy finally covered some of the Trenton Duckett case where Nancy is alleged to have assisted and been connected to assisting in Trenton’s mother’s death. Nancy finally spoke about some of the information that Trenton is likely overseas right now, which I suspected from Day-One in many of my posts on the sites that cover some of Nancy’s illegal and unprofessional conduct. She sure is slow now-a-days getting to the up-to-date facts. That news is more than four months old already. I guess the stress she is experiencing facing the potential loss of millions of dollars is finally starting to get to her demeanor. It has already caused Nancy to fire her first two-of-three Damage-Control Specialist Firms, and has gotten her on an in-patient status three times since Nancy contributed to Melinda’s untimely death. Nancy had on Josh, that scum-bag sorry-excuse-of-a-father idiot, and he just proved himself useless again on the show. Hopefully, Josh ends up with sanctions after the upcoming cases against him and Nancy get some true justice. Like MSNBC television has stated before, Nancy is scared to death right now. Good for Nancy. She should stop victimizing non-convicted victims. Poor, poor Nancy and poor, poor Billi.

The picture looks accurate of Nancy, but Nancy Grace should never be seen around any American flag, because Nancy Grace stands for everything that is not American. Sorry GW/Billi, but you are once again incorrect on every single assertion you have made, again (Job-security for professionals in the Legal and Psychological entities). Some posters have commented about you on the Billi-Badger site, that there may be a direct correlation of your failure to stay on your prescribed medication regiment like before. They have also identified you (GW/Billi) as “narcistic,” which is described as the following: Narcistic: 1. Inordinate fascination with oneself, excessive self-love, vanity. 2. Psychoanalysis, erotic gratification derived from admiration from one’s own physical or mental attributes, being a normal condition at the infantile level of personality development. Sounds about right! Well GW/Billi, you proved my points again pertaining to your anticipated conduct and deflection of the truth of your situation. Thanks for your confirmation of your deficits. You really should stop allowing your many deficits to keep you maintaining such a low self-esteem issue for yourself, but you can discuss that in more detail at your next court-ordered treatment session. I see you are still unable to stay on-task to the topic of the post, but that is your usual inability to discuss any topic like the crimes being committed by Nancy Grace, still. What is the status of your latest arrest after you assaulted Alexis? Hope you do not get locked up again regarding that newest assault charge against you. Good luck.

Still not sure if Guess Who is a man or a women, it changes depending upon the type of discussion taking place, but I really found that site about that character interesting and informing. No wonder that character lost custody of all of it's kids. Thank GOD, the kids will be better off just being removed from that type of dysfunctional influence. Keep up the fight trying to educate the uneducated. Nancy Grace is a bottom feeder who prays upon peole like Guess Who that have a severe lack of knowledge of any given situation, and Nancy then manufactures stories that are not consistent with the facts of cases, and I agree that Nancy victimizes people out in the world like that Guess Who person. That site also says Guess Who has a problematic situation with that victim named as Alexis and has forced a severe divide among the family members about it all. Keep up the good work and hopefully that Guess Who will get placed back into the needed treatment place it needs.

On Thursday April 6th, Nancy Grace again complained why people are so “fascinated” with the topic of OJ Simpson. Part of the reason is directly due to people like Nancy Grace. Nancy is so consumed with all of her previous wrong “predictions” in the OJ murder case that she has been obsessed with her disparaging now-current position as a credible “journalist.” Nancy was wrong not only on that case, but wrong on most vases Nancy has ever attempted to cover over the years. Nancy has no credibility to anyone educated to the facts of the cases, and to those who have any professional experience in the fields of either Law or Psychology. Nancy truly is mere amusement to any viewer that is well educated. The problem remains, however, that uneducated and under-educated people tend to believe that Nancy Grace has any truth or substance to her rantings. There in-lies the continued problem with Nancy Grace, and why Nancy should stop victimizing victims.

Nancy Grace was proven wrong again on all of her assertions on the Winkler case on Thursday April 19th. Doesn’t CNN management ever watch Nancy’s shows anymore?

Nancy Grace has documented herself to be incorrect, in some fashion, on just about every single case Nancy has attempted to cover over the recent months. While Nancy continues to rack up more potential lawsuit cases against herself and CNN for her continued defamation, slander, libel, and even the wrongful death Nancy is currently linked to by Nancy’s own possible illegal actions, it is well documented that Nancy Grace is not un-willing to commit even more such crimes against even more and more victims.

Some Courts have already reprimanded Nancy Grace for some of her documented misconduct. But, Nancy continues to rack up more and more violations of Civil Law, and possibly even Criminal Law too, and it is hard to keep up with the continued violations-count, and her seemingly constant violations Nancy has been committing against victim after victim after victim.

The Lawsuits that are soon to be coming from VanderSloot, Howard Stern of the Anna Nichol Smith case, and others against Nancy infractions (according to the attorneys) and the upcoming Lawsuits from all the Duke defendants, as well as possibly from Winkler herself according to her attorney Ferese, Nancy’s continued law violations appear to be occurring on nearly every single day Nancy is on television.

My goodness, Don Imus just lost his job for stating something that could, in-fact, may have been a factual and accurate statement by his derogatory statements towards the women’s basketball team. How CNN can allow Nancy to document even more violations against even more and more victims is just senseless and a total shame for CNN to just stand by and allow this irreprehensible behavior to continue against more and more victims from Nancy Grace. It is truly just ridiculous. Perhaps it is time to change from CNN to broadcasting Nancy Grace on something like comedy central where her conduct more appropriates is representative.

Has CNN already forgotten that Nancy Grace has current lawsuits filed against her for Nancy’s role in the death of a non-convicted victim who Nancy Grace had called on the telephone? Wake up CNN, Imus had to apparently be removed from the airways, and he wasn’t even directly involved in connection of someone’s death. Nor was Imus continuing to victimize more victims as Nancy has documented that she is continuing.

Maybe you, CNN, can provide the public with the “magic number” CNN feels is the appropriate-limit that Nancy has to achieve with her slanderous, libelous, her connections to a possible wrongful death actions Nancy has documented against another victim(s), and her defamational statements against victims before CNN will take similar actions as MSNBC had to do towards Don Imus.

Everyone will be anxious to hear what the “magic number” CNN will tolerate as the group of victims of Nancy Grace grows and grows from her illegal, immoral, and illicit conduct towards so many victims.

And, how can CNN allow a person like Nancy Grace to be around any true victim at Virginia Tech while Nancy has current lawsuits filed against her for Nancy’s alleged involvement in an early death of a emotionally distraught young mother. The management of CNN needs some serious investigation-measures to be implemented immediately, for the safety of current and potential future victims of the unprofessional conduct of Nancy Grace.

How CNN can allow Nancy Grace to have any access to victims at Virginia Tech is a matter that should, perhaps, be investigated by the authorities and by attorneys for the potential victims of her unprofessional conduct. There is a reason Nancy Grace has lawsuits pending against her, with more lawsuits expected in the near future. For CNN to allow Nancy Grace to have contact with any victim is a crime in and of itself, and needs further consideration by the authorities and by attorneys for the victims sake and safety. Allowing Nancy Grace to have access to any victim is like placing a Predator
near a schoolyard while the trial is ongoing for the alleged Predator. It should just not happen.

Nancy Grace was proven wrong again on Monday April 23rd from all of Nancy’s assertions that KENNETH GLENN HINSON was guilty of crimes including kidnappings, sex crimes, and assault with intent to kill two teen girls in an underground bunker located in Darlington, South Carolina last year. Remember Nancy’s unfounded rants?

After Nancy Grace pummeled, ridiculed, slandered, and defamed Hinson on multiple shows aired by Nancy Grace/CNN, the court jurors acquitted Hinson today of above charges that Nancy Grace implied repeatedly Hinson was guilty of. Hinson was facing the possibility of a life sentence without parole, and Nancy had conveyed her apparent desire that a death sentence against Hinson may be more appropriate for Hinson.

But, sorry Nancy Grace, one has to found guilty of those crimes before those measures can indeed be taken. Nancy, is wrong again. It appears that the only crime and miscarriage of justice committed in this matter was the coverage of the case by Nancy Grace. It is suspected that Nancy Grace will need more direct-counseling, more “damage-control measures”, and possible more medications for the stresses Nancy is experiencing being proven wrong over and over and nearly every single day Nancy Grace broadcasts a show through CNN.

Get your checkbook ready Nancy, you are certainly going to be writing some big checks soon to help cover some of these upcoming lawsuits against you. Hinson’s defense attorney, Rick Hoefer, will likely soon sue Nancy Grace and CNN of even more civil crimes that Nancy Grace has documented against herself.

The upcoming lawsuits against Nancy Grace, alleging Nancy committing crimes against a suicide victim and estate, against all the Duke Lacrosse defendants, and against victims like Joran VanderSloot of the Natalee Holloway case are just a few upcoming lawsuits that will be filed soon against Nancy Grace and CNN according to many defense attorneys and blogs.

It is clear that CNN Management does not even bother to watch any of Nancy’s shows. If they did, they would never allow Nancy Grace to ever be around any victim of any crime. Nor would they allow her to commit more crimes against more victims as Nancy continues to document against herself. How CNN can allow this unprofessional misconduct by Nancy Grace to continue to occur is beyond all sensible and rational reasoning. To make some money-profits over the best interests of victims is not a choice most well-educated and caring people would choose

Sorry to point out from your comment, Lisa of May 2nd, but you are incorrect in your comment and assertions. I have received a total of 118 direct emails from my latest posts from this site alone. There are pages and pages of posts if you have not yet read them all. You see Lisa, there are many viewers that do not wish to battle with the bashing often done by posters like you Lisa. More often, they choose to comment and debate things without interference from people like you Lisa, because people like you are often called “clue-less” by those more informed than you Lisa. And yes, I do have a problem with people like Nancy Grace and others victimizing victims, sometimes they victimize them to the point that they die. Nancy Grace is proof of that. I have never, ever, tried to make anyone look bad. I have, however, offered proven facts that may point out their errors and violations of civil and criminal law that many victims suffer from, because of imbeciles like Nancy Grace. They make themselves look bad all by themselves. Perhaps, Lisa, you could explain in more depth your need to explain what you imply by “seek help fast, you need it.” I will be anxiously awaiting your replay so we can further discuss your inability to deal with the facts, as you so eloquently have documented. Nancy Grace was proven wrong once again on Friday May 4th on her multiple “predictions” and “assertions” regarding the case against PARIS HILTON. Nancy had stated multiple times on multiple shows that Paris will be doing some “very serious time” getting locked up for some relatively petty driving offenses and later a probation violation.

Well, I guess Nancy Grace must now believe a sentence of 45 maximum days, with the high probability of even less time than that actually being served, guess Nancy Grace must think that is some “very serious time.” Poor Nancy, she is so wrong……. again! Since Nancy Grace was ever a victim of a crime, she remains clueless.

Plus, Paris will likely be making a fortune on promoting and selling this story. It will be a nice break for Paris, another “Camp Cupcake” where Paris will likely not even ever be behind any bars at all according to some incarceration authorities, and contrary to the claims by Nancy Grace.

Paris will be in protective custody for sure, and will likely gain millions of dollars soon on this “very serious time” according to Nancy Grace. How many errors do the supporters of Nancy Grace have to witness before they begin to question the lack of credibility Nancy has proven to be on any topic Nancy attempts to cover: 1,000 errors, 10,000 errors, 100,000 errors? More?

And, how many more non-convicted victims have to die before those same supporters begin to question their loyalty to Nancy who has current lawsuits pending against herself for issues included and related to Nancy’s direct involvement in a wrongful death of a non-convicted victim?

Maybe someday soon, those uninformed supporters will finally open their eyes to the truth and begin demanding some accountability to the civil crimes Nancy Grace continues to perpetrate against more victims. No more victims should be harmed by Nancy Grace, and certainly no more people should lose their life as a direct result of the documented unprofessional conduct of Nancy Grace.

Nancy Grace was proven wrong on Monday May 7th on her multiple “predictions” and “assertions” regarding the case against DAVID HASSELHOFF. Nancy had stated multiple times that Hasselhoff had committed a crime(s), but no guest on her show (4) was able to even substantiate any likelihood or probability of any crime having been committed by Hasselhoff, again contrary to Grace’s assertions.

It is clear to those actually informed to the facts about Nancy Grace why the city of Atlanta threw Nancy out on her butt years ago, why Grace can not practice law anymore anywhere in any of the 50 states within the United States, and why Grace still remains under more current lawsuits for her continued and pending alleged illegal actions, including the issue involving Nancy’s direct actions resulting in the death of yet another victim of crimes Nancy allegedly has committed.

Wake up CNN, you’ll go down right along side Grace in these upcoming suits by several more potential victims. Like all the Duke Lacrosse players, and Joran VanderSloot and his buddy, as well as almost a dozen other victims that have stated through their attorneys that they too will seek legal actions against Nancy Grace (media heads).

Since Nancy Grace was ever a victim of a crime, she remains clueless. How many errors do the supporters of Nancy Grace have to witness before they begin to question the lack of credibility Nancy has proven to be on any topic Nancy attempts to cover: 1,000 errors, 10,000 errors, 100,000 errors? Nancy Grace was proven wrong on the PARIS HILTON case, once again on her Tuesday May 8th show. Every single guest on her show disagreed with Nancy on some assertion made by Nancy, and Nancy just will not accept anything less than an immediate death sentence to anyone ever charged with any offense.

Hence, one of the many reasons Nancy Grace was thrown out of Atlanta years ago, why Nancy can no longer practice Law anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States, and why Nancy has multiple lawsuits filed against her right now for Nancy’s direct involvement in the death of a non-convicted young mother of a missing child. As well as the vicious victimizations by Nancy Grace towards other non-convicted victims like all of the Duke Lacrosse players, VanderSloot and his “buddies,” the list is far too lengthy to list here of more victims that have said through their attorneys that they will bring suits against imbeciles like Nancy Grace.

Nancy stuck her foot back into her own mouth several times tonight, right where her foot usual resides. I finally quit counting after 19 errors tonight stated by Grace pertaining to her lack of knowledge of both the Law and of the role of how Psychology interacts within the disposition of any case before the courts. How many errors do the supporters of Nancy Grace have to witness before they begin to question the lack of credibility Nancy has proven to be on any topic Nancy attempts to cover, 100,000 errors, more?

And, how many more non-convicted victims have to die before those same supporters begin to question their loyalty to Nancy, who has current lawsuits pending against herself for issues included and related to Nancy’s direct involvement in a wrongful death of a non-convicted victim? Maybe someday soon, those uninformed supporters of Grace will finally open their eyes to the truth and begin demanding some accountability to the continual civil crimes Nancy Grace continues to perpetrate against more victims.

Nancy Grace is certainly a “perp” in these seemingly never-ending civil crimes Nancy perpetuates against more and more victims. No more victims should be harmed by Nancy Grace, and certainly no more victims should lose their life as a direct result of the documented unprofessional misconduct of Nancy Grace.

Nancy Grace was proven wrong on the O.J. Simpson case once again on her Wednesday May 9th show. Again, all of Nancy’s guests disputed Nancy’s assertions against O.J. at one point or another.

My goodness, Nancy seems to be incorrect about something she says on nearly ever single show she does on CNN. No wonder CNN has just cut back on the time Nancy Grace is televised on CNN. Time for wake up there CNN executives, Nancy has already proven to be an imbecile and a complete idiot.

Nancy apparently forgot that O.J. was found not criminally guilty of every single one of the many charges he faced in the double murder of O.J.’s wife and her boyfriend. Nancy better watch how she complains about O.J. not paying money to the Goldman’s for a crime O.J. was never criminally convicted of. Let’s see how quickly Nancy pays off all the upcoming debts Nancy will have after all of these pending lawsuits against Nancy gets ordered against Nancy. She and CNN do not even have that much money that they will lose when all of those cases all get completed.

Nancy had on her show tonight that business owner that would not serve O.J at the restaurant. O.J.’s attorney, Yale Galanter, plans to sue the restaurant owner, and that will certainly be a big win for O.J.. The restaurant owner (Ruby) said a win for O.J. will put him (Ruby) out of business. Well, restaurant owner, perhaps it would be cheaper for you, and Nancy Grace, to simply not victimize the victims and not to break the law.

Nancy did say to Ruby that she will stop by his restaurant in Chicago. But, Ruby said he didn’t have any restaurant in Chicago. Again, Nancy simply does not know the facts about cases. Hence, again, one of the many reasons Nancy Grace was thrown out of Atlanta years ago, why Nancy can no longer practice Law anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States, and why Nancy has multiple lawsuits filed against her right now for Nancy’s direct involvement in the death of a non-convicted young mother of a missing child.

It is finally beginning to catch up to Nancy Grace. It appears that Nancy should not have continued to victimize so many victims, because CNN recently (March 2007) cut the number of hours Nancy Grace could participate on Court TV. But now, CNN is cutting Nancy Grace altogether on Court TV (May 2007). They are yanking the plug on her, finally.

CNN is not yet “bashing” Nancy Grace for her documented misconduct and incompetence, but it will surely come eventually from CNN. Especially since CNN has so much misconduct and un-professionalism documented against Nancy Grace. I suspect that CNN is simply attempting to minimize their connection to Nancy before all of those upcoming lawsuits, filed and un-filed, come into the public domain.

Most of the lawsuits discussed by attorneys of victims that are, or will be filed against Nancy Grace, involve aspects including defamation, slander, libel, harassment, Nancy’s direct role within hours of the suicide of an emotionally-fragile young mother of a missing child, the list is far too lengthy to list all violations here.

It was a matter of time before things started to catch up to the “Gracester“. Criminals can usually hide for only so long. It is further evidence that Nancy Grace should not victimize victims, and her breaking civil laws at the expense of victims for some media ratings will cost Nancy Grace hugely.

I suspect the court systems will need to find a huge courtroom to hold all the Plaintiff’s against Nancy Grace and CNN, possibly rent out the Astrodome. Most cases against Nancy are expected to be settled out-of-court, as most cases against Nancy Grace have been resolved for years already. It appears to be the “policy” of CNN to quickly settle cases that they know for sure they will lose; cost-effective.

It will still cost the network big bucks. Let’s congratulate all the Plaintiffs for their efforts in assisting to remove such a negative and pathetic victimizer Nancy Grace. Keep up the good work for the sake of all victims. The link is on the Court TV site, as well as many other sires, look it up.

Nancy Grace forgot to mention on her Thursday May 10th show that she was kicked off COURT-TV for the rest of the season and will not return anymore. Oops, guess Nancy forgot to mention the facts of things again.

Instead, Nancy made assertions that Paris Hilton may need a sentence like a death sentence for committing a couple of minor driving offenses. Wait a minute, Nancy committed crimes far more severe than that of Paris before the city of Atlanta threw Nancy out on her butt and took away her ability to ever practice Law anymore anywhere in the 50 states of the United States. Almost sounds hypocritical, doesn’t it?

Ohh wells, at least Nancy got booted off the air, at least on that show. It’s a start, and perhaps after all the lawsuits that numerous defense attorneys are claiming will be slammed against Nancy Grace, maybe then Nancy will be totally off the air to the welcomed relief of all the victims both still alive and those that Nancy has had a part in their demise.

Nancy Grace has defamed, slandered, libeled, twisted facts, harassed, and so on and so on towards non-convicted victims. Nancy actually may be eligible for some incarceration time by the end of all of this, according to some attorneys. But, at least the “process” has finally materialized.

Her downfall truly began earlier this year after Court-TV removed Nancy from several days of coverage and limited her involvement in and with Court-TV. Plus, CNN has contractually, since last year, mandated that Nancy Grace can never be on any CNN broadcast without at least one of her Psychologists, Psychiatrists, or other doctors present on the set. Good for them.

At least they are beginning to recognize the dangers of Nancy’s victimizations that have already cost more than one victim their life. Finally CNN, go get ‘er. No more victims deserve to be victimized by Nancy Grace, and no more people need to lose their life as a direct result of any involvement with Nancy Grace.

On the Monday May 14th show of “Nancy Grace” on CNN, Diane Diamond filled in again for Nancy as Nancy continues her in-patient treatment at her psych-ward. Good for Nancy, but Diane stated some inaccuracies on the show just like Nancy does any time Nancy is on the set. Maybe there is an environmental-factor that causes such continued dishonesty from both Nancy and Diane while they are on that set. Something to be looked into for the sake of the victims out there of Nancy Grace. Well, Diane stated multiple times that PARIS HILTON would be going to prison next month. Actually, Paris will not be going to any prison. Instead, according to the facts of that case, Paris was sentenced to only 45 days in jail, Paris will not be going to any prison. Why is it that CNN tolerates such inaccurate reporting from that set anyways? Good question. It must just be that CNN-management just simply does not watch any of the Nancy Grace shows. No other network would tolerate such crimes to be repeated on a continual basis from Nancy Grace and Diane Diamond. I believe by the end of these up coming lawsuits against Nancy Grace and CNN, they will be required to post an exclusionary statement at the beginning of every show where they indicate that both Nancy Grace and Diane Diamond have been successfully sued in courtrooms before and have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars a piece ordered to victims of their victimizations and crimes Nancy and Diane have perpetrated against victims. It may take a while to read such a long exclusionary statement before any broadcast, but the victims need some protection because the lack of such a measure has already cost human life. No more people should lose their life as a direct result of Nancy Grace or Diane Diamond.

MOST people that have NOT been in 'JAIL/PRISON' do NOT know the difference.
Seeing as YOU are experienced in this area, Michelle, maybe you can explain the difference to the rest of us out here. As far as 'I' am concerned, anytime you are incarcerated you are in jail/prison. Some people are in prison in their own minds, (ring a bell)? As for Paris Hilton, no, I do not want to see
her go to jail/prison. Jails/Prisons should be for criminals, real criminals.
Community service should be in effect along with AA programs. Her license should be taken away for a longer period then the last and if necessary house arrest. But that is NOT only for 'Paris Hilton' this should go for ANYONE who did what she did. But she should NOT receive any special treatment because she is who she is, a rich brat. This socieity seems to get their kicks out of others mistakes and misfortunes. As though they never been in simular circumstances one time or another. My grandfather always said 'A crime is not a crime until you get caught'. He was a very wise man.....

Yes, Joncie, I have many years of experience employed within the criminal justice field, so I do have a better understanding of what some of the differences are between a jail and prison. Too bad that the Nancy Grace show does not know. Generally speaking, jails are used to incarcerate people who are awaiting hearings to be charged with a crime, or awaiting trials, awaiting placement into the prison system, awaiting transportation issues to other jurisdictions, and holding of people already sentenced to terms usually of 12 months or less which are generally misdemeanor offenses. Prisons are utilized for those convicted of usually felony crimes with terms generally in excess of one year. The living environment is substantially different from jails and prisons, and the opportunities and conditions can vary greatly between the two different facilities. I have had the opportunity through my employment to place people at both destinations, and I have been able to verify the difference from my employment positions. I have witnessed both scenarios first hand, never as an inmate myself, only as placing inmates at or into both locations. Huge difference. To rely upon Nancy Grace to educate yourself to the difference between to two destinations will never result with you being able to understand the difference. Do some research, and do not rely upon unprofessional people like Nancy Grace who has pending lawsuits against herself for issues including her role in the death of another victim. Too many people have been harmed by Nancy Grace already. Do not allow yourself to be another victim of Nancy Grace, there Joncie.

Nancy Grace messed up again on the facts f the ANNA NICHOL SMITH case tonight on Tuesday May 15th. It appears that Nancy simply wants to slam and defame Howard Stern at any and at all costs, regardless of the facts of the case. Hummmm, sounds like she is acting like she did years ago when the city of Atlanta finally threw Nancy out on her butt, and removed her ability to ever practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States. Nancy must have already forgotten that Howard’s attorney has stated that there will be actions against media-heads that have lied about Howard, and it will certainly be a lot of money coming in to Howard from Nancy Grace/CNN on that upcoming lawsuit-win against Nancy Grace. Good. But, people continue to watch her show. Nancy already was removed from Court-TV already, they got rid of her butt like the city of Atlanta did. And, good for them too. It will be cheaper for them to be rid of her considering the frequency of her continued civil violations of the law. I suspect that there is a majority of people who view her show as a kind of Comedy-Central type of show. Everyone I know of gets a hilarious laugh from her shows as she puts her foot back into her own mouth so many times each show, it becomes difficult to estimate just how many times Nancy Grace proves herself wrong and incorrect. Plus, Nancy laughed at the 91-year-old victim of a vicious beating after the victim could not hear Nancy over the telephone. Laugh? Why would anyone do that to a victim? How many more victims does Nancy have to continue to victimize before she gets her own cell? 10,000? 100,000? More?

Every single guest on Nancy Grace’s show on Wednesday May 16th disagreed with Nancy on some point or another, and Nancy just had a “fit” tonight. That “emotional-meltdown” by Nancy may require additional treatment from her mandatory CNN-Psychologists since Nancy is stressed out by her pending lawsuits involving civil crimes Nancy committed which lead to the death recently of a non-convicted emotionally-distraught young mother of a missing child. It has become apparent why Nancy was recently first reduced from Court-TV last month before Court-TV finally kicked her butt off their show last week for good. Some of her guests on her show tonight even brought up how wrong Nancy Grace was about other cases like the run-a-way bride case, and why Nancy was incorrect of her demand that a lie-detector test is absolutely necessary for each and every case, and the results will determine the true guilt or innocence of any suspect as long as the lie-detector test is failed by the suspect. Nancy’s position of a suspect passing a lie-detector test is that the test must not have been preformed correctly, and every suspect would never be a suspect if they were not guilty of a crime. Well, it is clear why the city if Atlanta threw Nancy out on her butt years ago, and why they removed her ability to ever practice Law anymore anywhere within the 50 states of the United States. And, why Court-TV kicked her off their show too. Nancy Grace has no credibility to anyone who is educated to the facts of any case. Facts continue to be a big obstacle to Nancy, and it appears that the facts that indicate innocence to any suspect are a major cause of frustration to Nancy who wants every suspect sentenced to life without parole or executed for the sole reason of simply being a suspect.

Nancy Grace totally screwed up again on her Tuesday May 22nd show. She tried to cover the case about the Chicago bank robbery, but Nancy was confused again by the facts of that case, as she usually is. Nancy also messed up big on the other cases she tried to cover tonight as well. It quickly became quite evident where Nancy’s foot was during this broadcast; in her mouth once again. Seems to be a re-occurring problem for Nancy Grace, once again. No wonder Nancy was thrown out of Atlanta on her butt, no wonder she can never practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States, and no wonder CNN mandates Nancy to psychological therapy for her dysfunction and her misconduct. The “facts” of any case really seem to be an emotional-obstacle for Nancy (part of the reason CNN mandates Nancy to continued psychological therapy as of 2005), as she continues her unprofessional pursuit to have anyone ever even suspected in any crime to be sentenced to the death penalty at all costs, regardless of innocence or guilt or the facts. So far, Nancy has not completely been correct about any case she attempts to cover, not a single case. Maybe, and if she isn’t fired again like she was recently fired from Court-TV, maybe then Nancy might have a chance at commenting on her own psychological-difficulties, and maybe then help others out there that suffer from similar disorders like Nancy Grace does. So far, it has never happened. Maybe it may be a response by CNN after they both lose all their upcoming lawsuits against them. You might think that Nancy Grace might at least attempt to act “professional” since she was just kicked off of Court-TV, but no, no such luck on that topic. Give Nancy some credit though, no one else died this week as a direct result of Nancy’s documented unprofessional and illegal conduct, at least that we know of as of yet. We can only pray Nancy has not been another contributing-factor in the death of another non-convicted victim out there. We can only hope. Victims simply deserve some proactive measures to help minimize the harm caused by predators like Nancy Grace.

On Nancy Grace’s Wednesday May 23rd show, CNN displayed a lead on the Trenton Duckett case. CNN televised the person who is partly responsible for the death of Trenton’s mother due directly to actions by the predator who provoked the sad suicide of Trenton’s mother. The lead just happens to be Nancy Grace. Good for CNN, it was about time CNN should show the face of that known predator. Nancy seemed to be quite nervous at discussing anything to do with Trenton, likely because Nancy is alleged to have a direct role in that death of another non-convicted victim. Perhaps Nancy should not have badgered an emotionally-fragile young mother of a missing young child, it will surely cost her, CNN, and that sorry-butt Josh hugely on just that lawsuit alone. Let alone all of the suspected upcoming other loses predicted by the upcoming lawsuits from so many other victims of Nancy Grace. Hopefully after all of these upcoming lawsuits are resolved against the predator-Grace, hopefully CNN will be required to post a disclaimer during any airing of Nancy Grace that indicates to the viewers that Nancy lies and has harmed people, she is truly a predator. Court-TV already removed that predator-Grace, they seem to be nervous about their upcoming financial loses due to the confirmed civil crimes perpetrated by this predator-Grace. Such as Nancy stating that no person who dies by drowning ever suffers any pain. It is no wonder why Nancy can never broadcast any show for CNN without having at least one of her CNN-mandated Psychologists or Psychiatrists present “on-set” for each and every airing to help deal with Nancy’s unstable psychological issues. One might begin to feel sorry for Nancy as she continues to demonstrate such unprofessional conduct on her shows. It is no wonder why she was removed from Court-TV recently, and further justification why the city of Atlanta finally threw Nancy out on her butt, and why they removed her ability to ever practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States. What a poor excuse for anyone on television, and why CNN still tolerates Nancy to continue to victimize more victims is beyond all logical-sense. It will surely cost both CNN and Nancy (dis)Grace huge bucks soon after they both begin to lose those upcoming lawsuits against them both. Get your checkbook ready Nancy, and perhaps you may also may want to start looking around for another job since Court-TV has already fired you, and CNN will be the next to do so. Someone needs to stand up for victims, and it is clear that Nancy Grace does no have the capacity or ability to accomplish this very important task. Victims simply deserve some proactive measures to help minimize the harm caused by predators like Nancy Grace.

Not many “TV-commentators” are incorrect on every single airing of their shows about some inconsistency to some missed facts or unfounded assertions on their shows, except for Nancy Grace. She was mad again tonight (Monday June 4) about PARIS HILTON turning herself in today without letting Nancy first know about it. Which, proves another error by Nancy Grace. Nancy also implied why Nancy is so angry with Paris. It is Nancy’s prospective that her current contention is that the criminal justice system has not yet executed Paris by the use of the electric chair or by lethal injection yet. Nancy still holds some hope that the execution can be completed soon for the driving-offence Paris was ordered to her “posh” incarceration unit. Nancy Grace complained in her usual way of that the criminal justice system will allow Paris have access to food, air, and other luxuries that Nancy Grace does not believe is appropriate for anyone in an incarceration facility, no matter whether a valid conviction was obtained or not. This appears to be another case where Nancy is just infatuated and infuriated because Paris has not been publicly and literally executed, and Paris remains still breathing at this very moment. Nancy Grace must be wondering why such a criminal justice system would allow any person to continue to live at all after committing such an outrageous and thoughtless act of Paris’s conviction charge. Every guest on Nancy’s show graciously offered to correct Nancy to the actual facts that Nancy was so deficient of, but Nancy only allowed a couple corrections to Nancy’s incompetent and false assertions she had made. It is no wonder the city of Atlanta threw Nancy out on her butt and removed her ability to ever practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States. Nancy came off tonight as a total and complete moron, and a total idiot to the actual facts of the cases Nancy attempted to cover. It is like watching a slow-motion car wreck, or a plane crash. It is just truly sad to see what an laughing-stock Nancy Grace has become. It is clear why Court-TV fired Nancy Grace just last month after cutting her hours prior to that step. They must have calculated all the financial prospective-losses that will be won again Nancy for her documented civil crimes against more victims. Looks like Nancy needs some more therapy in her psych-ward that CNN still provides for Nancy. What a nutcase for sure. I still hold high hopes that all of Nancy’s required Psychologists, Psychiatrists, and other doctors paid by CNN can get Nancy the help she demonstrates she still needs. But, I hope no other non-convicted victims have to lose their life in the process which has already been documented against Nancy, and has caused even more lawsuits against Nancy Grace and CNN.

The ‘slut-mother’ of missing whore NATALEE HOLLOWAY is back on the breaking news accounts on Tuesday June 5th for Beth’s documented indiscretions regarding her actions including having more “relationships” with people she should probably have no contact with. Perhaps Ramsey is not yet aware of the travesty involved in the case of Beth’s still-missing daughter Natalee, and the reasons why Beth has any interest at all at ever finding Natalee. An un-educated person may say that Beth is only a mother looking for her missing child where the child displayed a high propensity of illegal and unethical conduct within hours of her disappearance. IE: suspected prostitution, confirmed drug possession, and confirmed drug and abusive-alcohol misconduct, confirmed multi-sexual (at least 8 within the last several hours according to the Aruban authorities) partners, just to mention a few items. But, the educated and informed realize that Beth is only looking to hopefully find a dead body, not an alive Natalee, so that Beth may be able to cash in on that multi-million dollar life insurance policy Beth took out on Natalee just several months before the trip to Aruba. Personally, I know of no other high-school-student that has an active multi-million dollar life insurance on any student, do you? Beth’s only obstacle to securing the multi-millions of dollars is confirmation of Natalie’s death by means other than by suicide, hence an expected lump-sum insurance payoff to Beth. Natalee was a proclaimed “whore” by the Aruban authorities by Natalee’s documented and verifiable conduct just within the last several days and hours of her disappearance, including the investigation substantiating Natalee having sex with no less then eight different people within only hours of her last known sighting. Maybe slut-Beth should go back on Nancy’s show so Beth can publicly document her continued wrong and actual illegal conduct she has already established, and to further allow Nancy Grace to stick her foot back into Nancy’s mouth once again since both appear to be so ill-informed and unaware to the actual facts of the case involving the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, as well as to the facts documented in the continuing search for the missing whore.

Nancy Grace totally screwed up again on Monday June 5th when she attempted to cover the case of KELSEY SMITH. Even her guests on her show had to correct Nancy to the actual facts of the case. Nancy came off as a complete moron when you correlate the facts of the case to Nancy’s documented comments and assertions. This is the reason the courts will likely impose a Restraining-Order against Nancy Grace for her to ever be allowed to cover any current police investigation, since it has already been documented to cost the life of non-convicted victim(s). Ricci and Duckett are prime examples, but not the only victims of Nancy Grace by any stretch of the imagination. Nancy forgot to mention on her show how sincere she is about victims of crimes. Nancy and CNN has posted not a single penny to help finsd Smith or anyone else for that matter, ever!!!!!! Walsh has found over 500 missing people thus far, Nancy has found zero. So who’s the true victim’s advocate? Hopefully, after all of the upcoming lawsuits are completed against Nancy, thus far filed, hopefully she will be court-mandated to prevent Nancy from ever covering any active police investigation matter for the sakes of the potential victims. Victims need a voice and Nancy has proven to only hurt and harm victims. Since Nancy was never a victim of a crime, she has no clue at all at the damage she causes to victims. Perhaps Nancy being in an 8 X 12 cell might prove more beneficial to the victims of Nancy Grace at this point.

Nancy Grace finally made an admission about herself on her Wednesday June 6th show by stating that she is sick. Her exact words from Nancy was “I’m sick.” Well, the informed viewers already know that fact, and the un-informed viewers will probably disregard Nancy’s documented statement, and will likely just be comforted by the fact that CNN now mandates Nancy’s Psychological and Psychiatric practitioners to be in attendance on every airing of any broadcast attempted by Nancy Grace while she remains on CNN. Nancy’s recognition to that stated fact that she is infact sick may help to alleviate some stress for Nancy as she continues to endure devastating amounts of instability because Nancy is allegedly a direct contributor to the death of another non-convicted victim. When one witnesses Nancy who continues to stumble on each and every single case she attempts to cover, it becomes obvious why the city of Atlanta finally threw Nancy out on her butt, and why Nancy can no longer practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States. Nancy Grace has proven herself to be nothing more than a Predator of victims. Perhaps she might find it less costly to simply stop victimizing more victims.

There is another “rumor” of another CNN-payout to stop another lawsuit against Nancy Grace, collected by the alleged victim of the more illegal slanderous and defamation-statements made against another victim by Nancy Grace on her Friday night show. The “rumor” issues are of that the Sheriff-person that was ultimately in charge of releasing Paris Hilton. That person ultimately may have, or may be, collecting some money for the documented illegal and defamation-statements made by Nancy Grace towards the Sheriff department. Nancy made many unfounded and false allegations against the department on her Friday show including civilly-illegal statements by Nancy stating that the department was “IN CONTEMPT”, which is contrary to facts and contrary to the Law. Sounds like Nancy should have just kept her big mouth shut and saved CNN another big bunch of money. But, CNN seems used to it, and will be paying out hugely soon once again to those current cases that will be coming soon to court against the Predator Nancy Grace. Gezzze, CNN could have contributed to a victim-help-fund instead of wasting more hundreds-of-thousands of dollars trying to pay off all the lawsuits and settlement cases involving the Predator-Grace. Seems simple to those informed to the actual facts of the crimes Nancy Grace continues to document against more and more victims.

Nancy wants an entire hospital shut down after the hospital treated a single person over a dozen different times.

Nancy Grace really screwed up again on Wednesday June 13th when she attempted to cover the case of the lady that recently died after not being treated promptly the last time that person was at that emergency room. Nancy wants that entire hospital shut down after that hospital treated that single person over a dozen different times just prior to the death occurring.

Plus, Nancy stated she wants all of the doctors, nurses, and the custodian locked up in jail for not quickly treating that lady for the thirteenth or fourteenth time. Nancy is wrong again in her false assertions against that hospital, and every guest on Nancy’s show had to correct Nancy to the facts of the case because Nancy was apparently too agitated to deal with the facts of that case, again. Nancy may be getting even more lawsuits filed against her after the true victims of Nancy’s mouth get a chance to witness the airing of Nancy’s latest unprofessional misconduct and victimization of more victims from this June 13th show of Nancy Grace. No wonder many call Nancy Grace a Predator. She continue to victimize more and more victims.

It is no wonder the city of Atlanta threw Nancy out on her butt years ago and removed her ability to ever practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States. It is also quite apparent why Court-TV finally canned her butt after reducing Nancy’s hours after her unprofessional conduct that allegedly resulted in the untimely death of a young mother of a missing child within just hours of Nancy‘s documented unprofessional conduct.

Nancy actually broadcasted from the show set tonight, which is highly unusual as of late. It has been a fairly routine occurrence that CNN even allows Nancy on the set of her own show anymore, obviously in an attempt by CNN to minimize the lawsuit amounts they expect to be forced to pay soon. More and more often since lawsuits have been filed against Predator Nancy Grace, CNN has been utilizing fill-in hosts to do the show in place of Nancy. Before, those fill-in’s were usually only filling in when Nancy was in her treatment facility, but now CNN has apparently even limited Nancy’s direct contact on the set of the show, requiring Nancy to be “out of the office” and “on the road” in an attempt by CNN for Nancy to be more of a correspondent, rather than a host of any show.

Court-TV reduced her hours on-air too, before they recently canned her butt. CNN must be anticipating the huge loses coming soon from all the lawsuits against Predator Nancy Grace. Perhaps Nancy should have been mandated to counseling by CNN sooner than she was in February of 2005. There are now people who are no longer alive now because of Predator Nancy Grace, and there are still missing children as a correlating-factor because of Predator Nancy Grace’s unprofessional conduct.

CNN has opted many times to get Nancy out of the studios and places Nancy “on the road” to get her the heck away from CNN, her vile is toxic. Good for CNN, they appear to finally be standing up for the victims of Predator Nancy Grace as CNN appears to continue to minimize Nancy’s direct contact with more victims who might be potential winners of more lawsuits against Nancy if and when the victims file more lawsuits against Predator Nancy Grace.

While Nancy demonstrates no journalistic or correspondent skills on her part, that approach by CNN has proven beneficial to potential victims from things like not having a desk in front of Nancy where Nancy has demonstrated before her fist-pounding attacks against non-convicted victims that has even had a corresponding-link to the death of people before. Good for you CNN, do all you can to protect victims from that Predator-Nancy Grace. Thank you.
