Britney Spears sex tape doesn't exist

Kevin Federline says there is no Britney Spears sex video.
Kevin's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan has slammed rumors that the 'Toxic' singer's estranged husband tried to sell a homemade X-rated film for up to $120 million, and insists the alleged footage, of the couple romping on their honeymoon, does not exist.
Kaplan told Access Hollywood: "While this is endemic of countless false and inaccurate stories that have made their way into the media regarding Kevin, his marriage to Britney and the divorce proceedings which they are presently going through, I want to put this issue to rest once and for all.
"There is not a sex video of Kevin and Britney in existence. It goes without saying that the stories of Kevin attempting to sell such a video are patently false and anyone who reports that they have information of such attempts is either lying or reporting the lie of someone else."
Britney, 24, was said to be fuming after Kevin reportedly threatened to sell the video to online porn mogul David Hans Schmidt.
To prevent husband Kevin making a reported £120 million, Britney apparently decided to give the hot tape away for free.
Britney and Kevin married in 2004.
The 'Everytime' singer filed for divorce earlier this month and is seeking custody of their two sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Federline's accountant confused by rumors
Kevin Federline's accountant Mony Payolla came forward to back up claims
issued by Britney Spears and Kevin Federline that the alleged 4hr sex tape
never existed. Payolla said in a statement Wednesday 'I don't understand all the rumors flying around that Kevin is desperate for money. His record sales are going through the roof. Just yesterday he deposited a check for $30 million, I'd say that's doing pretty well. There's no sex tape. I would have known he tells me everything. When I contacted Federlines family his cousin volunteered, Kevin, he's flush, he's buying the whole family double wide trailers in a park outside of Tupelo Mississippi. Friends close to Federline added, K's got no money problems why right now he's in Beverly Hills buying a new Ferrari Enzo yesterday he was in the Marina buying a cigarette boat. Apparently all the allegations were false there never was a tape and K Fed and his music career are doing well without the support of Britney Spears.
Try it again. Read down there near the bottom of the article. There is no sex tape, so Britney will give it away. How? There's no tape, right? How do you give away a tape that was never there? Which one is lying? Are both lying? Why?

Sounds like Britney might have made the tape without K-Fed's knowledge...she's known for flashing her goodies for attention now. This is just one more way for her to get it.
Nice touch accusing ex-hubby of putting the tape out there so SHE can release it... *sigh*
