David Beckham's Snoop Dogg ban

Victoria Beckham banned husband David from partying with rapper Snoop Dogg.

The football ace is a huge fan of the hip-hop star - he named his two pet pooches Snoop and Dogg - but when he had the chance to meet the hip-hop superstar at Live 8 Victoria put her foot down and said, 'No!'

Snoop - who has directed his own series of porn films, entitled 'Hip-hop Honeys' - said: "I wanted to hang out with David because I'm a fan of his and he's a fan of mine. But his wife didn't like that and she wouldn't let him party with me.

"She said something about my reputation - but I wasn't going to introduce him to any girls. I think Mrs Beckham just misread my reputation."

Meanwhile, it has been revealed that Snoop is launching a clothing range for dogs.

The rapper's 'pooch-wear' features gangster-style hoodies and fake animal print coats.

The collection is part of a Snoop Dogg line of pet products including toys and accessories created for JPI Pets.

The launch of the collection - which will be available for pre-order on Amazon.com from November 21 - coincides with the release of his much-anticipated new record 'Tha Blue Carpet Treatment'.
