Who is attending Cruise-Holmes Italian nuptials?

Rome's Ciampino Airport has been a triage of glamorous guests arriving from destinations far away for the wedding event of the year of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes.

Actor Jim Carrey and girlfriend Jenny McCarthy arrived on his private jet, and was one of the first to arrive.

Actress and singer Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony decided on a more chic look for their arrival in the Italian capital. She wore a cloche style hat.

Fellow actress Brooke Shields tried to keep a low profile as she headed towards her car. Shields and Cruise had an row last year after the Mission: Impossible III star, spouting Scientology dogma, publicly criticized Shields' use of antidepressants after the birth of her first daughter.  Shields said in September that Cruise had apologized to her in person.

Later, both parents of Katie Holmes and the mother of Tom Cruise were seen arriving at Ciampino Airport.

Martin and Kathleen Holmes were beaming as they were met by paparazzi. Mary South Cruise had a big smile.

Actress Jada Pinkett Smith, the wife of Will Smith, also arrived around the same time.

Later on Thursday, Holmes' sister and mother were spotted at the St. Regis Grand hotel in central Rome, where they are currently staying.   Ken Paves — hairstylist to Jessica Simpson and Eva Longoria also arrived. Katie’s hairstylist for the nuptials.

Cameron Crowe also traveled on a chartered jet that took off from Burbank, California shortly after 1 p.m. on Wednesday, headed for a stopover in Canada before landing in Italy.

Also expected, opera impressario Andrea Bocelli, who may or may not serenade the couple.

Bracciano Mayor Patrizia Riccioni told Access Hollywood that she had an intimate meeting with Tom and Katie where she hand-delivered a silver statue of the castle with the wedding date engraved on it as a “Thank You” for choosing their town. She said Tom and Katie greatly appreciated the gift.

"Riccioni revealed that Tom and Katie are not paying for their wedding location. That is also a gift. Normally using the castle for such a grand affair would cost about $50,000." According to Access Hollywood.
