Naomi Campbell's sweeping snub

Naomi Campbell is refusing to do community service if found guilty over her alleged assault charges.
If found guilty the supermodel - who has been accused of hitting her former assistant Ana Scolavino in the head with a jewel-encrusted mobile phone - may have to follow in footsteps of 80s pop star Boy George and be ordered to sweep the streets.
However, after taking in consideration the taunts Boy George received from photographers while serving his punishment, Naomi, 36, is requesting she be given a more "palatable" punishment, like charity work.
Her lawyer David Breitbart said: "I'm not willing to have that kind of situation with regards to Naomi. If there's something palatable, we will talk about it."
Prosecutors have revealed that discussions regarding a possible plea bargain are still taking place.
Breitbart insists the supermodel would prefer to have a full trial but the excessive media interest "might mitigate against that".
He said: "She believes God is on her side and is going to take care of her."

If Naomi can't be civil, even to her hired help; ship the bitch back over seas! She is a rude, callous, over paid bitch...plain and simple. The best thing to happen to her would be hard time!!!!! Maybe then she would get a real grip and be a BETTER person in the world!

I for one do not think she is pretty much less beautiful. She definitely needs anger management counseling. She should not get off with a slap on the wrist. This isn't the first time. Give her time in jail to think about how a person should act.

Considering that this is a court situation we must first of all assume that everyone is innocent until proven guilty; let's face it anyone can make an allogation of anysort against anyone, you or I included. With that being said Naomi is not confirmed to be guilty of any yet, all we have is an allogation; he say she say. What is also interesting about this case is that when you look at Naomi we have a person who has been modeling for 20 years and these accusation have never came up before; they never came up among other models, as a matter of fact a model recently defended her last week. Her having a temper or attacking people never came up in the 1980's or in the 1990's which leads a rational person to assume that such outbursts may not be her normal behavior and thus has no precedent. Let's take you or I for an example; if you have never stolen an object from a store and all of a sudden someone who barely knows you accuses you of stealing then most of the people who know you will say; That is unlike that person to do such a thing.' When we consider the fact that she is innocent until proven guilty, when we consider the fact that she has worked 20 years without such accusations, when we consider also that she is successful at the work she does and probably has a pretty nice savings account in what ever bank she deals with; then it is easy to see one person make an accusation and see others make the same accusation because tehy want to get payed. Think about it, isn't this why people get prenuptual agreements; because some people have low self esteem and will risk their very bodies and have sex with people just so they can get payed; I think so, and this may be no different. All we can do is wait and see how this is going to come out.
Make her work at McDonalds! I'd love to hear her say, 'Do you want fries with that?' LOL!

Bullshit! Have a trial and confine her if guity of assault. Just because she is a model of name she may also be an assailant of unjust cause. The hell with her cleaning streets.
