Anna's landlord kills lights, eviction under way
By Stone Martindale Nov 13, 2006, 17:29 GMT

Spokesmodel Anna Nicole Smith had her temporary residence's power turned off on Friday, and it didn't go down too well according to TMZ.com.
The domicile in question is in the Bahamas, where Smith has had her base of operations with her newborn daughter and attorney Howard K. Stern.
Smith's former "friend," G. Ben Thompson, a developer, owns the property and wants her out.
TMZ reports that last Friday, Thompson contacted the power company rep to pull the plug.
Anna was spark-less and in the dark. Four hours later, after lots of threats from her lawyer, the power company agreed to a temporary reprieve until today. Reports TMZ.
Thompson and his son-in-law flew to the Bahamas on Friday and the son-in-law served Smith with an eviction lawsuit. TMZ reports Anna Nicole Smith "ran back inside the house and then appeared on the balcony and, in classic antebellum style, began screaming: 'You get off this property. This is a gift and I ain't ever leaving. And I'll show you, Ben, you ain't never gonna see the baby again! You did a declaration for that f***head Larry Birkhead!' "
TMZ reports that Smith told Thompson back in May that he was the father of her new daughter, "only to learn that it was impossible because had a vasectomy several years ago. Birkhead, Smith's former boyfriend, is currently suing to establish paternity."
