Pamela Anderson has miscarriage

Pamela Anderson has suffered a miscarriage.

The former 'Baywatch' star lost her baby last week, but instead of going to hospital to be treated was visited by a doctor on the set of her new film 'Blonde on Blonder' in Vancouver, Canada.

Pamela's representative Tracy Nguyen confirmed the miscarriage and requested that, "Pamela's privacy be respected at this time."

A source revealed that the pregnancy was in its early stages but Pammie, 39, and her husband Kid Rock, 35, are very upset.

The source told Us Weekly magazine: "It is what it is. It was early on.

"She will keep trying though. She really wants another baby with Bob."

Pamela, who married Kid Rock on August 3 this year, already has two children - ten-year-old Brandon and Dylan, eight - with her ex-husband Tommy Lee.

The actress is focusing on her new movie to try and get over her heartbreak and is being supported by co-star and new friend Denise Richards.

Pammie said: "Denise is one of the coolest girls I've met in a long time - a great mom and a sweetie pie. I love that we get to do this movie together. I've actually met a great friend who I have a lot in common with."
