Kevin Federline launches custody battle

Kevin Federline has filed for sole custody of his two sons with Britney Spears.
In divorce papers filed yesterday (08.11.06) Kevin has responded to the 'Toxic' singer's request for sole legal and physical custody of one-year-old Sean Preston and eight-week-old Jayden James, by requesting he be granted those rights.
This will spark a custody battle between Britney, 24, and her rapper ex, who already has two children from his relationship with actress Shar Jackson.
Kevin's lawyer released a statement saying: "Kevin is prepared to go the distance in order to do what he feels is necessary to protect and safeguard the children and will not be intimidated or dissuaded from pursuit of those goals."
The divorce papers also oppose Britney's original petition, filed on Tuesday (07.11.06), which stated there is no joint property subject to court decision, by claiming joint property is yet to be determined.
Kevin, 28, also requests the court terminate Britney's right to request spousal support.
At the time of their marriage in 2004, Britney was worth a reported $32 million but the couple are believed to have signed a pre-nuptial agreement.
Last night, Kevin performed songs from his new rap album 'Playing With Fire' at Chicago's House of Blues.
During his set Kevin called out to the crowd, saying: "Hey, I see a lot of fine ladies in here. You know I'm a free man, right, ladies? You wanna dance with a pimp? That's a sexy-ass lady right there."
Later he shouted: "All my ladies. I love you to death!"

K-Fed is going to do everything he can to take Britney Spears to the cleaners, n since he is the father of those two sons...man he is going to milk her for everything he can. Unless Spears is willing to settle BIG out of court, for her sons, KFed is going to get joint custody, however,if Spears agrees to buy KFed out, for sole custody n ownership of the 2 boys, eg: like what Christie Brinkley did with her son with Taubman, 'paid him off', KFed is going to continue to drag this out with Spears. Ah...hell, just buy those kids oof K Fed, n settle out of court.
She should just hang in there and not settle. She will feel better paying the attorneys the money that he wants to have for himself. In the end, she shall have the kids and the dignity. After all, she made all the cash working her toosh off while she was just a kid...Why should he even get a taste? Trailer Trash is correct...

There is no way that KFed will ever get joint custody for his two sons with Britney. He is an unfit father and a drug addict.
K-Fed or Fed-EX has got his carma . He is goodlooking but not talented.He left a pregnant woman for a popstar. He wants to be famous but has no talent. He doesn,t seem like a interested father in any of his 4 children. 15 minuets of fame are up Fed X. i do hope you grow up and take parenting seriously.
