Tom Cruise splashed out $10,000 on a steak dinner for fiancée Katie Holmes.
The 'Mission: Impossible' star took the mother of his daughter, Suri, to Mastro's Steakhouse in Beverly Hills where he hired a private dining room, usually booked for groups of 15 or more.
Allegedly suffering from pre-wedding jitters Katie is reported to have "barely touched her grilled sea bass".
However, Cruise ate a huge porterhouse steak, a Caesar salad and three side dishes of wasabi mashed potatoes, French fries and onion rings followed by cheesecake and chocolate-covered strawberries, according to In Touch Weekly magazine.
The couple are set to marry in Italy on November 18.
Katie will wear an Armani wedding gown and Clive Christian No. 1 perfume which costs $2,350 an ounce.
