Brad Pitt's hungry bum
Oct 27, 2006, 12:10 GMT

Brad Pitt - "Less amused than Blanchett at Pitt\'s high-waisted antics was Angelina Jolie, who, upon being introduced to Pitt\'s "Hungry Bum" for the first time, sat stone-faced for several moments before delivering an earnest and impassioned lecture on how the two of them should be spending less time clowning around, and more time starting a foundation to help ensure no other bums go hungry ever again."- Defamer.com savants... Brad Pitt amused his co-stars on the set of new movie 'Babel' with his underwear antics.
The 'Ocean's Thirteen' star regularly made his co-stars smile by yanking his underwear above the waist of his trousers and "waddling about like a duck".
Brad, 42, revealed: "Throughout the movie, I'd walk around like that. You've got to find things to make you laugh during the shoot. Cate Blanchett called it the 'Hungry Bum'."
When Brad was asked explain the 'Hungry Bum' he revealed to Entertainment Weekly: "It's when your butt's so hungry it's trying to eat your pants."
However, despite his japes, Brad - who is the adoptive father of his partner Angelina Jolie's children, five-year-old Maddox from Cambodia and 18-month-old Zahara, from Ethiopia - said he felt a very personal connection with 'Babel', which is about several families linked by a tragedy in the African desert.
He said: "Our kids come from different parts of the world, and it's the perfect example of if we didn't have these perceived differences we wouldn't be defined by geography.
"What I liked most about the script was the idea that we're all the same, and it's our lack of understanding and communication that gets in the way."

I totally agree, There is always people in the United States bitching about running to help other countries. But we need to help this country.. I think that if you wanna adopt do it here! This is a country that also needs help. While we are helping some other countrie grow ours is falling apart!
God Bless America!!
Children in American orphanages are guaranteed food, medicine, vaccines and clothes.
This cant be said for orphans in other countries, particularly areas hardest hit by AIDS and poverty, where not having a family to raise you can mean early death or child-trafficking.
The Pitts set a good example of Americans opening their hearts, families, and pocketbooks to children in dire need. If a fraction of Americans would adopt from American orphanages, that would be wonderful
Every kid should have a family, American or not. People should stop having so many babies if they can't take care of them.
Sorry. All I see in this article is Brad the Pitt once again taking any opportunity to turn his innocent kids into celebs against thier will. Kids are not supposed to made into mini ambassadors to help a parent save thier image.
Brangelina are soooooooo obviously just about image and trying to get into politics that they will use anyone and hurt anyone to do it. If such a big heart, why has Angelina once again abandoned her dying Mom?
Oh that's right she took Jennifer's role because it was about politics (A mighty heart) and she can feed her ego more.

I think that its a nice think that celebrities like Brad Pitt and Angelena Jolie adopt these needy kids; I just wish someone would help the kids in our own backyard that need help just as much. Will a rich African come to rescue a homeless American child?
