Tara Reid says a botched boob job left her nipples "looking like goose eggs."
The 'American Pie' actress - who is infamous for accidentally flashing her chest at VIP events - has also revealed that liposuction left her in agony.
Tara explained to the Today Show: "It looked like I got completely butchered up. The areolas... they looked like goose-shaped eggs."
She added: "After I got liposuction I got these bumps... like little golf balls all over my stomach, and it hurt."
It's not the first time 30-year-old Tara has talked about how her breasts were ruined by surgery.
She told Us Weekly magazine: "My first operation was horrible. The plastic surgery left me very scarred. My breasts were uneven and my skin was kind of saggy.
"Before I had it done I figured, I'm in Hollywood, I'm getting older, I'm going to fix them... but I didn't do my research."
Tara had previously vehemently denied having her breasts enlarged, despite constant rumours suggesting she had boosted her bust.
However, she finally admitted having her chest surgically enhanced last year.
At the time, she said: "Everyone does it. I don't know why I'm the one who gets so much attention?"
