Anna Nicole Smith is being evicted.
The former Playboy Playmate was served notice to leave the house where she has been staying in the Bahamas since the death of her son, Daniel, last month.
G. Ben Thompson, a Myrtle Beach developer who owes the property has given Anna Nicole until October 31 to vacate the home.
The notice was served on last Friday (20.10.06) by an attorney representing Thompson, who bought the house for $1 million in August. Thompson claims he was under the impression she would buy it.
He explained to People magazine: "She said it was a gift. I never said that. I don't have that kind of money. I don't want to embarrass or humiliate her. I just need my money, or collateral, back."
Meanwhile, Anna Nicole's half-sister has hit out at her sister calling her a "waste of a human being."
Anna Nicole's estranged sister, Donna Hogan, has co-written a book entitled 'Train Wreck: Anna Nicole Smith Unauthorized' in which she blames the former Playboy playmate for the death of her 20-year-old son Daniel.
Hogan writes: "Anna waits forever to bury him and two days after he dies, she's selling pictures of him to the tabloids and I'm thinking, 'What a freaking waste of a human being, my sister is.'"
Daniel - who had a heart attack after taking a lethal cocktail of prescription drugs - died at his mother's hospital bedside in the Bahamas last month (09.06) just days after she had given birth to a baby daughter, Dannie Lynn Hope.
According to Hogan's book, Smith "doesn't even know who the father of her children is," and suggests the newborn's father could be her late husband, millionaire J. Howard Marshall, because Smith "always talked of freezing the old man's sperm".

I only hope that Anna has a trust fund set up for her new daughter... That poor child will need rehab by the time she is able to say her first words!! Get it together Anna, grow up, be strong and live a good life, you have the ability to change and the $$$$ to make it happen.

Had her son watch what???.........Her son had knowledge that she was a stripper?? is that is what you are saying??
If in fact that is what you are saying...my son has known about my job for years and he also knows that it has put food on the table, clothes on his back and many opportunities that many of his friends have never had. (ie: twice yearly vacations, sports, etc.)
Due to the fact that his father is a deadbeat dad and is in jail him knowing that I am a stripper really does not carry any weight with him.
If anything he loves and repects me more than the average kid knowing that it is not easy out there.

Why does everyone not leave Anna Nicole Smith alone???......If this Thompson guy was 'fool' enough to buy her or anyone else a house without proper legal documents then looks like it is his problem.
Anna Nicole was a former stripper and I hate to tell you this ladies but these guys that come in to these places married or not are the ones who dont have their 'wits' about them.
I know this because I have been in the industry myself for 15yrs and though I have NEVER taken advantage of anyone (bad karma) but hey look you want to give me a gift I will be accepting it.
This Half sister of hers .......what she is doing is very bad Karma....makes me sick.
Larry Birkhead.......like he gives a hoot if its his baby....belive me if he really thought it was his he would have made his biz to be in the Bahamas when the child was born.....all he wants is his 15 mins. of fame.
Howard K Stern.........just hope you are doing the right thing and also not taking advantage of the situation.
With all these people that critisize and throw stones let me just say it must be nice to come from a functioning enviroment when in todays day in age most people out there walking around are dysfunctional at some level or another they just don't want to admit it.
It is really actually sad.
Hang in there Anna what does not kill you only makes you stronger and i know sometimes that is hard to hear.
