Anna Nicole Smith ordered to vacate premises in Bahamas

The day after Anna Nicole Smith buried her son Daniel, a letter was hand-delivered to her house in the Bahamas ordering her to vacate the premises by Oct. 31, reports People magazine.
A Myrtle Beach, S.C. developer Ben Thompson says he is the owner of the property in New Providence where Smith has been staying free. He says he purchased the house for a bit less than $1 million in August as a favor to Smith, whom he befriended after he met her through neighbors in mid-2005. Reports People magazine.
Allegedly Smith was then supposed to sign a mortgage to buy the house from him, he says, but she has refused to do so. Smith contends the house was a gift to her.
Thompson tells People magazine: "I never said that. I don't have that kind of money."
An attorney representing Thompson delivered the letter to the house on Oct. 20; if Smith does not leave, Thompson says, he will pursue a formal eviction. "I don't want to embarrass her or humiliate Anna," he says. "I just need my money, or collateral, back."
The possible eviction poses questions for Smith, who applied for residency based on home ownership. If she returns to her home in California, she could also face a paternity suit filed by Birkhead.

Anna Nicole Smith is pathetic. She is a money hungry individual who would sell pictures of her late son before burying him. She tries to make money on everything and has no intgreity. It is great to see that it is finally coming back to bite her and Howard Stern is her equal. I can't wait until they are forced to do a paternity test. It is so obvious that Danielynn is not Howard's kid! They know it that's why they won't do the test. And the house in the Bahamas is a gift...who will they rip off next.
She does love Howard...she only loves money. The perfect justice is they will both get what they desrve. Lucky for Daneilynn that HOward isn't the father!

She is losing all credibility and won't win a cent in any of her cases. What mental case marries a 80 plus year old man only a money hungry. -----

well how come she get her papers when the house is not her's we need a answer from the immigration departemt in the bahamas, people who been married for 10 years still waiting for papers , what is going on can someone shed some light about who si getting pay under the table.
children who born in the bahamas to none bahamian parent cannot get any papers but here come ann nicole who just come she get her papers, some one need to talk to the bahamian people about this
the bahamian people dont want anna nicole in the bahamas, she cannot go there and get papers in two day, it is not fair for the people who was waiting for three and four years.what about the children of none bahamaian parent who born in the bahamas and still waiting for their papers.
