Paris Hilton has landed a modelling job in India - the country that banned her music video for being too sexy.
The 'House of Wax' actress will be promoting lavish evening wear designed by her friend Anand Jon.
Anand - who is American but of Indian descent - told the Times of India newspaper: "When I told her about this visit, she was pretty excited.
"For her, India is the land of exotica and beauty. In fact, her response was: 'I finally get to visit the exotic'. She loves Indian culture and the Indian influence on clothes."
In August censors in India decided 25-year-old Paris' promo film for her single 'Stars Are Blind' was too sexy and issued it with an 'Adult' certification. As a result, it was banned from Indian TV channels.
Meanwhile, Paris' latest film is so bad she has reportedly refused to promote it.
Studio bosses were forced to cancel and reschedule the premiere of 'Pledge This!' in Chicago after Paris said she was "too busy".
One source revealed: "The movie is horrific. It is a limited release that is likely to go straight to rental. Paris doesn't really want to be associated with it."
