Hugh Jackman says he is homesick for Australia.
The 'X-Men' star admits that despite being one of Hollywood's most sought-after actors he pines for his Australian homeland and wants his children to stay in touch with their roots.
Hugh told People magazine: "I did 'The Boy from Oz' on Broadway in New York I was playing this Australian character and singing 'I Still Call Australia Home' every night.
"So with the Australian flag dropping on stage, I was very much in touch. But I would love for my children to have some time there every year so it becomes a part of their upbringing."
The 'Prestige' actor also revealed he makes sure he spends as much time as possible with his family so that he doesn't miss out on being a father.
He explained: "I always make sure I see my family a lot. I fly them in. My wife and kids are always with me.
"Next year I'm doing a Baz Luhrmann movie so I'll be in Sydney for most of the year."
