Paris Hilton has reportedly been banned from another A-list party.

The 'House of Wax' actress has apparently been told not to show up at the week-long Esquire Show House event in Los Angeles.

An insider revealed to the New York Daily News newspaper: "She's been told not to come to the opening next Thursday (26.10.06). Organisers don't want her 'type' there."

The snub comes just weeks after Paris was reportedly barred from a top New York celebrity hangout.

The socialite had been partying at the lavish Marquee club with friends before she tried to get into an event at Ian Schrager's Gramercy Park Hotel.

However, the host - whose guests included 'Pirates of the Caribbean' actor Orlando Bloom and Winona Ryder - reportedly told his security team not to let Paris in because "the likes of Paris Hilton and her ilk are not welcome here".

Two weeks earlier, Paris was refused entry to Bungalow 8, in New York. She was told by security guards on the door that the club was "full to capacity."

At the time, an eyewitness said: "She was sobbing and kept saying she was Paris Hilton and she didn't understand - all she wanted to do was dance!"
