Jennifer Aniston has spent £8 million on a six-bedroom Beverly Hills home.
The former 'Friends' actress has splashed out the whopping sum on the luxury pad after spending 18 months living in a rented two-bedroom beachfront house in Malibu, following her separation from now ex-husband Brad Pitt.
The 9,000-square-foot property has been designed by modernist architect Hal Levitt - who has previously created properties for the Olsen twins and the creator of television series 'Sex and the City' Darren Starr.
In April, Jennifer and Brad - who were married for four years - sold their Wallace Neff-designed home in Beverly Hills for £13 million.
Meanwhile, Jennifer has told US chat show host Oprah Winfrey that she has not split up with her 'The Break-Up' co-star Vince Vaughn.
According to one audience member, who was present at the show's recording on Wednesday (11.10.06), Jennifer said the couple's relationship is "still on" but they are not engaged.
The actress also denied having a boob job, explaining that when she gains weight "it goes to her chest".

Jennifer will live in her new house for about 12 to 18 months tops! Then she'll sell for at least 10 million dollars more & make a nice quick profit. Real Estate is a celebrity prized hobby. They know that buying an expensive house & selling it for even more keeps their property value high & tax right-offs even higher.
Good Girl. If she keeps this up she won't have to return to regular sitcom TV ever!
The reason why celebs do so well with property is because of who they are ... if 'Jen Anniston' lived in the house of course it would go up in value!
jennifer will hardly use this pad! what does she need all that space for!? but it is a good idea if she will soon sell and make a huge profit!! she knows her stuff! also jen is good with the publicity, you never seem to hear anything really bad from her! good girl! x

Not a big house for someone as rich a her. Also, you limey's need to check out the tax advantages stars get in buying a home like this...they are not doing this just for luxury...
